Favorite HG of the Hour

Jameka really caught my attention this morning when she showed herself to be the only one among the bible quoters to have an intimate knowledge of the book.. especially where it says it is forbidden to gossip about others, or to speak of them profanely. Kail and Jen were engaged in such a conversation, and Jameka just got up and left, neither chastising (judging) them, nor participating for a moment.

For the past 15 minutes, Jameka's been in a private conversation with Dick, as he tries to solidify her vote. Jameka's not giving an inch either way, but her manner is so endearing, she gets my Favorite HG of the hour award. :) She keeps referring to him respectfully as Mister E.D. - so cute, so polite. She's being honest, she's weighing her options, and truly trying to determine what exactly is best for her and why. She will not be swayed by the majority, or by anyone's persistence (Kail!). Dick's making some terrific points, by the way: asking her to think about who has been most honest with her and everyone else; who can she and everyone else really trust; who is the least manipulative; etc. All excellent pro-Dick, anti-Joe arguments.

It's been about an hour now. If you haven't yet, I strongly recommend you tune in to their conversation. It's gone well beyond the game, into race issues, and the pressure Jameka puts on herself to represent her culture properly and appropriately... and Dick's father/daughter situation. Good stuff: life, not just game.
