Quickie Survey
As of 9:57am BBT, the HGs are kind enough to still be asleep, thereby allowing me the time to catch up . I feel like I've got a pretty good handle on the events of yesterday and last night now, and I've got a couple of observations and questions for you.
There was a big meeting up the HoH room last night that didn't break up until around 4:30am BBT. During the meeting everyone was discussing who to evict, and while people were excited about the opportunity to get rid of Kail, they seem to be acquiescing to Dick's (unfortunate) wishes to evict Mike. Eric's playing it smart, both upstairs and in his subsequent meeting with Dick outside, still subtly laying groundwork, but frankly, running out of time.
1. Do you think Eric will be able to successfully complete his task and get Kail evicted?
2. What sort of stunt do you see Eric coming up with in the next few hours to cause some urgency and make it happen?
3. Do you think this one's just a lost cause, and Eric would be wise to just let it go?

1. I do not think there is much Eric can do at this point... Mike is gone.
2. The (unwise) thing that Eric might try to do is make up some things about Kail and who she is targetting to get enough votes to get her out but if she stays or when someone (Mike) calls him out that it isn't true it could spell trouble for America's Player! :-(
3. I personally feel it to be in Eric's best interest to quit while he is still ahead.
Side Note: When is BB gonna throw some twists into this game? I want another Coup d'Etat or bring back an evicted houseguest (I know it is still early for this, but bringing Joe back now that he knows what he knows could make things VERY interesting) or some sort of new twist that we haven't seen before (like one random week whoever wins HOH only makes one nomination and then they find out that whoever they nominated is who they are up against for eviction that week with no POV!) I really wanna see some twists!!!
Another question to Carolyn-
You always refer to "catching up on the feeds" while the HGs are sleeping... is there a way to watch stuff that happened overnight that is not in real time? I always seem to fire up the feeds at the WORST times so if you could tell me any secrets to being able to "go back in time" and catch the real action would be greatly appreciated!
stephen.. typically, during the bb season, i don't sleep a whole lot...maybe 3-4 hours a night... i also have no time out feeds, so i can go back in time and replay stuff... :)
1.) Not a thing Eric can do now, I'm afraid. Anything drastic would cost him later.
2.) Heck, I don't know. If he were to approach Kail and offer some deal and see if he can get her to sell someone else down the river and then get that information out. But, again, a bad idea that would bite him back later.
3.) Eric needs to deal with it.
P.S. I officially now hate Amber 100 times more than I hate Dick. And *she* thinks she's America's favorite? Um, like April thought she was?
1 & 2. Presumably Eric would vote to evict Kail in hopes that enough other people would vote that way too and she would be eliminated. If he could sway one of the other 5 in that meeting last night saying they were voting Mike out, and if Jen, Zach, Nick & Daniele vote Kail out, maybe Mike would have a chance... I guess it's a stretch, but who knows?
3. I hope Eric doesn't give up. I want Mike to stay.
1. I think the chances of changing the house's mind on evicting Kail are pretty slim at this point. They all know she isn't a threat and that she wants to go home.
2. He'd basically have to get a confession and sell her out to get rid of her. I guess lying is always an option, but I just don't see much working at this point.
3. Let it go. Don't go against the house too much on this one. They have a plan and going against it could make Eric a target.
1. I really think its gonna be Mike.
2.I think for Americas sake, Eric needs to do his best but at the same time try not to ruffle any feathers. We need him in the house as long as possible.
3.I think he has done his best and just stop and see what happens.
Based on last night, (that was actually the second meeting), I see the following people voting for Kail OUT of the house:
Nick - confirmed
Zach - confirmed
Jen - confirmed
Eric -
Jessica -
Eric and Jessica were pretty sure as of my going to bed that they were going to vote Kail out when they talked to Nick about it. So I see it as happening at this point..
Jen didn't like the fact that she sleeps with her and she never told her about the alliance.
1. No, Evel is too powerful.
2&3: Nothing he can do will work. He needs to win HOH and backdoor Evel next week.
1- No, unfortunately.
2- Creating a rumor of a resurgence of MRA or something equally as bad in order to raise the House "Terror Threat" and therefore raise the urgency of evicting Kail.
3- I think E has a good barometer as to when to let things go so we'll see.
Dick and Eric have figured out that Dustin was the person who told Kail she was safe. I would think Eric would use that to convince the others that Dustin is disloyal to the group and that his arguements to keep Kail are suspect. I'm hoping Eric is waiting for a last minute rally in favor of Kail's eviction so that people don't have time to waffle.
1. No, from what I saw last night Eric has no chance of gettin Kail out.
2.This is a hard one! I don't see Eric being able to Make up anykinda story to change the groups decision. If he does it could make him look guilty of something that really isnt there. He is already gonna be outed by being the only one to vote for Kail. (That is if everyone goes ahead with the plans they discussed last night.)
3.Yes, this is a lost cause but he really can't let it go. If he does that make him the only one voting for Kail. Maybe he can get some"ONE" else to vote Kail. Then it wouldn't be so obvious to the others.
Does any of that make sense? lol ;-)
1. Next HOH I would be happy with 2 people; Jameka or Dustin.
2. Least favourite for HOH would be Kail or Dani.
3.After this weeks antics with Dick I would have to put him up just for his poor behaviour and upsetting the whole apple cart. The second person I would like to put up would be Nick and that would be just so Dani can play the game without his distractions.
