The Creatures are Stirring
UPDATED
11:30am BBT
From the looks of things (trivia now), Big Brother means to see more of them awake and pronto.
Jen's up and swimming laps in the pool - she may make a mile yet. Dick's been up and down. His last words before the feeds went to trivia were: "One more f'in' day." Yup, I'd say he's a sure vote to evict Jen.

Feeds are back. The houseguests are awake. Let the fireworks begin! ;)
12:10pm BBT
All of the house guests have been taking turns having a go at Jen while she's in the pool swimming laps. The joke is that she thinks she's going to win some power by swimming a mile. Amber & Jameka are legitimately concerned about it. Jameka thinks the producers will be pushing everyone to keep Jen, because she makes for better tv and ratings.

DINING ROOM/KITCHEN
Zach, Eric & Dick
Zach: Maybe she thinks you win the America's Choice if you swim the mile...
Eric: I think America Choice would be to vote her out of here!
The guys laugh.
Dani passes through without a word.
Dick: I'm making you a waffle if you want one.
Dani: No, thank you.
Dick follows her with his eyes. She never looks back.
Zach goes outside, and Jen announces she has finished the 440 laps, thereby swimming a mile.

they are saying that jen thinks if she swims a mile she will get a special power...what is that?
Carolyn,
I really like what you did with the top of the page...the must read sections!
maybe its lke the Wizard of Oz, she thinks she'll get a heart... or at least a smidgen of empathy
OK, I've been gone for a while. I've been upset.
Here's the plan. Army Rangers come in on Apache helicopters to rescue Eric & Jess. Then on with the rain of frogs and locusts!
Does anybody know how hard it's been to round up enough frogs and locusts? The price of locusts these days is rediculous!
Other Thoughts: D&D get the flip off my TVs and get your own family counseling on your own time.
Wad: Don't care, don't care, don't care about your pain. I only wish you pain and misery for the rest of your days you miserable monster. Personally, I think your daughter was well rid of you. (And I have no qualms saying that and signing my name. If the man isn't a bona fide irredeemable criminal, he's a gnat's breath away. No pity.)
Jen: Feet of clay on a lovely figure. Mad props on the cigs, but ya screwed yourself royally with the food.
Amber: As much as I hate her, could she be the key to getting the miserable Wad out at last?
Zach: Who?
Jameka: Mixed feelings. Hate her god delusion, but she seems to be about the only person who's played with actual humanity (which isn't good here, sadly).
Eric & Jess: Positively the only reason I haven't given up completely and gone on a cruelty detox regimen of High School Musical 24/7.
There. Purged.
rallen, i think it's a great way of entertaining herself in a healthy manner, since no one wants to talk to her... but instead trashing her... ich.
lissy, thanks :)
I also like the top of the page! Great Idea!
Do not forget-it takes 440 laps to swim a mile in the pool.
=)
Word is that BB keeps repeating the message bout 440 laps in the pool making a mile. Jen is up for trying ANYTHING at this point. I'm thinking she is possibly going for the mile to see if its the coup de'ta (sp)????? She's desperate, has nothing else to do, so what the heck?
I was wondering the other day why BB kept repeating it takes 440 laps to make a mile. The other HGs better figure this out and do something to stop her, cause I think the powers that be (not God) are trying to save Jen this week.
Already they are being nasty towards Jen behind her back. Eric is really annoying me and I cannot believe he said he hopes Jen drowns. I had to laugh at Eric saying late this morning that he wished Canada knew him, well Eric we do know you, lol does he even know where Canada is and realize we do get the show here? I hope Jen finds her clothes outside.
Maybe wash away all her sins. Maybe Wamber had a vision for her too. lol
HAHA DICK NEEDS TO SWIM AND WASH AWAY HIS SINS. OMGGGGGGGGGG I HOPE IT IS A COUP THINGIE AND SHE STAYS, THAT WILL FIX DICK AND ERIC'S WAGON AND THEY WILL SNAP THEIR TWIGS HEHEHEHEEEEEEEEEEEEE!!!
wouldn't it be interesting if the first person to do "the mile" in the pool wins the coup d'tat (sorry if I spelled it wrong)
then the laugh would be on the rest of the house lol.
Although it may seem a bit ridiculous on the surface, Jen really needs to try everything she can think of to stay. I doubt any of the HGs are going to be receptive to making deals with her at this point, so what harm can swimming the laps do? I personally think that all the random BB intercom info will probably be for one of the final HOHs or POVs- like the ones where the ask what color is the wall in whatever room.. how many lamps are hanging from the BB house ceiling, etc. but one never knows with this show!
Another thing I was thinking about last night was when last season did they introduce the Coup d'etat? Recently I have been thinking, "gosh- if they have not had a twist by now then maybe America's Player really is the only twist this season" but then I remember that the Coup d'etat was pretty late in the game. I know for sure that Howie and Dani were still around because they both had guesses.. and if memory serves, George outed Howie last season so he was around, so that means it was introduced with about 7 HGs left, so maybe next week we are in for a big twist? What do y'all think?
I hope she not only stays, but wins the next HOH! Watch the fur ... er, tattoos fly, LOL!!!
Just saw on Jokers, after Jen's swim DR is calling her... sitting here shaking in my chair... I really hope that was not to do with having the power. the house will erupt tomorrow.
its a joke
I don't think BB will do that not this week. They took away one punishment from Jen...If they did that the new punishment was also NOTHING...I think all hell would break lose in that house. OMG can you imagine???
Thank you BB8dish ladies....You guys ROCK. I love your site. You keep me so informed. I would be so lost....and bored without you!
The coup d'etat was introduced and done with by Day 48 last year. Not used... and disqualified if he would have tried since Boogie talked to Will about his special power anyway.
They always do this about laps in the pool. Every year...
Thanks for the info, Marc! :-) I couldnt remember if it was later or earlier than this last year. Good to know they always say that about the swimming pool as well.. I had never noticed that until this season!
Eric's comment makes me conclude that the decision was to evict Jen.
cliff-you slay me!
i think the pool is insignificant. its for nerds who exercise and need to know how far they swim... she was probably bawling in the DR bc the swimming meant nothing tangible.
weren't we in on the coup d'etat early on last year, or was it a total shocker? i fuhget.
i know i need to remind you guys but Jessica is HILARIOUS!!!
