Dick: (to Jessica) G'morning Sunshine! (to Jen) G'morning, crazy bitch.

Dick: Every time I think of last night, I just laugh my ass off.
Jameka: They're not gonna believe they missed it. (Amber & Daniele)
Dick: No, they're not.
- ***Daniele & Amber missed all the hoopla last night, and as of 11:40am, they have yet to return from the outing they won during the Veto Comp.

Eric joins Zach and Dick in the backyard. They're rehashing the evening, laughing about it, and wondering who's going to have the better story to tell: them or Dani & Amber. Zach's still most bothered by Jen's cheating. Eric too.
Eric: I would like a rules clarification. How can it be that one bite of one thing is equal to eating all week long? She gave it up during a competition to keep herself here.. so now can Jameka play in HoH's? It was a factual, mandatory rule that she gives it up, and now she's plain not doing it. She's cheating. Having one bite versus not doing it for 2 or 3 weeks when you're on a 30 days slop mandate, it's just not fair... They need to explain the rules... Can she be the HoH when she has a penalty nom? Can Jen just do whatever she wants? Can Jameka just play in the next HOH if she wants? Can Jen just get the other 250k if she wins and feels like it?
Dick: What she's doing cost Kail her place in the house.
Eric: (to Jen) You're walking around like you're proud of this... this wasn't a simple food comp.. this was a game altering PoV, and you're not honoring the agreement where you agreed to be on slop for 30 days..

Zach: F'in Matrix... The rules in here aren't meant to be broken... I think they need confirmation from multiple people...
Dick: Yup.
Zach:...and I think they're waiting for the other 2 (producers) to show up.
Eric: I agree.
Zach: God, are they in for a birthday treat. This completely contradicts the whole point of being in here for the challenge of the game... I hate people that cheat.
Dick: It's the challenge of finding loopholes and cheats.
Zach: It's not a video game.

Has anyone seen anything advertised yet about getting tickets to the finale? I live only 15 minutes from the sound stage and would love to go this year but have never been able to get tickets because I find out how to get them much too late!
My best friend works for ASCAP and he thinks it's hilirious that they can't sing in the house :) just thought I would share...oh and same friend and co workers went to the CBS lot to through food over the fence and got busted!!!

eric makes a fantastic point about his cheating... there may have to be a ruling by the exec.prods.
Eric makes some great points... if that is the only penalty, then Jameka should just start eating if she is on slop next week. Unless Amber wins HoH, there is no way Jameka will avoid another nomination. She might as well enjoy it while she is up there.
I'm happy Eric is asking these questions because I have the same ones.
I think something has to be done, Jens outside tanning and eating some more so obviously the penalty isn't doing anything to stop her from breaking the rules.
The girls are laying out, and Jen was eating an apple. Apparently, she's just going to do what she wants. That's got to be frosting Jameka's ......
I think the producers are waiting for Amber and Dani to get back to review the rules and maybe provide the consequences then.
I am excited for today's show. Can't wait to see what theya re going to show. They should show POV comp and ceremony in the first half and all of this in the last half.
On another BB fansite someone posted that they (D & A) were taken to play Power of 10 (the new game show on CBS hosted by Drew Carey). Apparently the POV comp was along the same lines at the show. They were also asked not to bring clothes with patterns on it. Sounds like they are going to be on a show or a taping of some sort. Made sense to me though.
I agree Kevin, the EP's need to step in and do something about this.Jen is completely out of control. You walk in the house signing contracts to abide by certain rules. Honestly, most of this group are a bunch of babies, is this season the same as others with wanting vol. departures? Just seems like a bunch or spoiled brats throwing temper tamtrums. If they don't get what they want, they want out. Deal with what you signed up for. Dani and Amber are going to flip when they see what they walked back into

What you said could be true. It is definitly a way for CBS to promote their new show. Once the BB fans find out they are on the show, you know the majority of us will watch it and want to find out who won and how much money they won on Power of 10.

OMG, I have been on this blog and this blog only (well I checked my email a few times) since I woke up at 8:30AM EST. Wow now it is 3:30pm and I still got a butt load of laundry to do.

Would be interesting if they remove jen and bring someone back, they could really only do Dustin though since he's sequestered and hasn't seen anything behind the scenes like the others have

Jen needs to be kicked off the show. It was one thng that she ate last night but to continue to eat today is a slap in the face of the rules and shows total disrepect for the game, the show, the audience , the network, and all of the others who wnated to be on the show but couldn't 'cause she took the spot.
It says something that she has puled out the Rule Book to find ways to "cheat".

I thought the same thing about the Power of 10 show. It makes since. I don't think the format of tonights show will change, they probably won't show any of this until thursday.
I can't wait to see what happens to Jen...I like her for the most part (I also like dick)...but she is pushing the limit on this one...

Also wanted to say... about last night. She shouldn't have destroyed his smokes but what bothered me the most was that she was eating and blatently violating that rule in front of everyone. It seems from what I've read that the people in the house or more upset about that as well. I hope that they kick her out for it! Rules are Rules!
I think what Jen did was genious, and I hope it was thought out and not just emotion going wild. This whole game is about pushing the boundaries, lying, manipulating, and cheating. They can't destroy property and yet BB makes that one of AP's tasks. The DR encourages players to vote a certain way to keep the game good. There's plenty of hypocracy going around.
I guarantee that what the players signed said that the producers can change the rules at any time.
This is great for the show - there is no way BB is just going to throw her out. And the other houseguests are being spoiled brats about it - they are angry they didn't think of something so clever and that their master plan is geting twisted.
Come on - wouldn't Dick do this if he had thought of it first?
I wasn't a fan of Jen before, but now I hope she wins!

I so hope Dick's idea last night with Zack to get Jameka out on Thursday happens hehehehheeeeeeee so Jen's antics would have paid off lol. Eric is a twit and thinks he knows it all, if Jen gets a penalty then Dick should get one also. A few weeks ago Dick ate nuts while on slop and BB did nothing, Dustin drank a gaterade and nothing was done and lets not forget Jameka cheating on the dunking numerous times and getting no penalty. Oh yes and how about Dick puting worcheshire sauce in the juice bottles that Amber and Jameka almost drank and nothing was done and lol oh yes Dick pouring tea on Jen's head. These people shouldn't be complaining when they did things also and got away with them. I'm glad she grabbed Dicks cigie from his hand, he shouldn't have blown the smoke in her face to get her going.
AMEN Jeannie! Just what I was thinking! I absolutely think that BB is being bias. It seems as if they just want to keep Dick for ratings, therefore they are justifying his actions. Oh c'mon BB you are dealing with someones mentality and emotional state, and you're gonna let this asshole Dick off the hook just for your ratings.
