Just in case some of you actually went to bed at a reasonable hour last night, I'm gonna backtrack a little to Jen's Penalty Nomination, to get everyone up to speed. For anyone who is as yet unaware of the cigarette smash, I strongly recommend you check out the late night posts from last night. OK...

Jen is fresh from the DR, with a quick stop back in the kitchen for more food. She joins the others outside, eating as she talks.
Dick: This is a happy day in the BB house.. I couldn't be more thrilled.
Jen: ...So.. hold on.
Dick: Hold on for what? Grandstanding? Shut the f up.
Jen: If I stay, for some reason this week, I have an automatic penalty nomination for next week, and I cannot compete to get myself off with the veto, just so ya know...
Dick: Nobody wants you around anyway.
Jen: I know, so might as well eat. Isn't that funny?
Jess: (to Eric) She said that right in front of Jameka... How rude.
Dick: Yeah, that's really cool to say in front of Jameka, what... hoping that we wont vote you out, and then you'll stay till next week when we vote you out.. Is that what it is? You just made a big friend right there, didn't you?
Jen: I'm not staying this week. I'm saying, obviously I'm being voted out this week, so it doesn't matter? Sorry Jameka, that's not what I'm saying... I didn't mean to say it like that...

After a few minutes pass and the uproar dies down, Jen asks Eric if there's ever been a penalty nomination before. He say no, he doesn't think so. Jen replies, "That's awesome."
Jameka goes into the kitchen and starts washing dishes. She is visibly concerned. Jess comes in after a few minutes, and Jameka voices her concern that Jen is doing this just so she'll stay. Jess assures Jameka that it wont work. Jen goes into the kitchen a few minutes later and tells Jameka that she wasn't trying to be underhanded when she made that statement. Jameka responds with Mmmmms.
At 10:41pm BBT, Zach tells everyone that he just confirmed with the Diary Room that what Jen was saying was true and correct. There had been concern that she made it all up as a way to save herself.

And another.... Jameka's concern is visible, as she discusses the events of the evening with Jess, and "isn't it interesting that she did all this just as soon as the EP's (executive producers) left?"

Eric: Jen flat-out lost her mind. I didn't see it coming.
Jess: I did, but I thought ED would push her to it, not just her snapping.
Eric: The penalties for her eating should be more...there's a difference between one bite of a burger and eating all week. The good thing is, we're gonna win.
Jess and Eric's discussion moves on to what Jen said earlier, about Daniele telling her that Jess and Eric had already guaranteed they would vote to evict Jen. Eric concerned that Amber, Jameka and Zach not be privy to this information. Jess and Eric don't know whether or not to believe Jen... Jess is giving Dani the benefit of the doubt.. They can't see why Dani would have given her this information.

After an hour to let it sink in, they decide they really can't ignore the opportunity this penalty nomination presents them.
Zach: Well, I know my educated guess on this...
Dick: Yeah, which is to get rid of Jameka, and get rid of Jen next week. It's like two sitting ducks, man. The only thing that would've been better is if Daniele left Amber on the block, and she could go this week, and Jameka still wouldn't have 2 HoH's.
Zach: It's an unexpected thing. Rules aren't meant to be broken... but when they are, there's collateral damage. That's just the way it is.
Dick: Sucks to be her (Jameka).
Zach: I don't care. The way I see it, it's an opportunity.
Dick: (shudders) Now we'll have to have her (Jen) around for another week. Oh well, we'll just get her out next week...

Discussing Jameka's fate...
Dick: Jameka has made some enormous mistakes in this game. The 5 HoHs, saving Jen... I'm really glad that's come back to bite her in the ass.
Zach: The person that I saved is the person that got me canned...
Dick: Look at Dustin - same thing. He saved Eric - Eric voted him out.
Zach: Jameka's got to be hating herself right now.
Dick: No sh-t.
Zach: She's one that doesn't forget things and holds grudges.
Dick: She'll remember this for the rest of her life.
Zach and Dick come to the conclusion that they can't NOT get rid of Jameka this week. It takes them from final 8 to final 6... The opportunity is just too rich.
Dick: There's no two ways around it. Jameka has to go. I need to find out if there is any loophole for Jen to get off the block next week. If there is a 100% guarantee she can't come off, We have to send Jameka home this week.
Zach and Dick take it another step further, and decide to get everyone to throw the HoH Comp to Amber next week, so she can't compete the following week, at which point they'll take her out. Easy, peasy - Jameka, Jen, Amber - Boom, Boom, Boom... Satisfied, Dick takes his leave and goes to read the rule book, looking for loopholes. Zach stays outside to let us know his plan...

Zach: Sorry Dick, but you didn't come up with that idea... You can think you're the mastermind, but you're gonna get worked. I will take you to the end, and I will kick your ass.
Incidentally, at 2:13am BBT, Eric lost the proverbial "master of his own domain" bet. Let he who would've lasted longer cast the first stone. Better yet, don't.

Can't these people stick to ONE plan?
I see their opportunity to get Jen out NOW.
Any number of things could happen if they choose to keep Jen this week. Since she isnt eligible to get HOH or POV next week, that takes the target off of her back. Get Jen out now. They keep saying that they should have taken her out weeks ago.
Why get Jameka out now? She still cant compete for 3 more HOH's.

Boy this final 5 scenario is extremely appealing but requires ALOT of trust among the 5. I don't know if it's possible, but I like it! Plus it gets Eric off the hook if America votes to evict Jameka, which it seems they would looking at Jen's popularity on the CBS polls.
I am not sure how easy it would be to throw the HOH to Amber? That's questionable to me. So if she doesn't win, do they get rid of her and keep Jen another week? Either way I don't want either Jameka or Amber anywhere near the end, would much rather have Jen?
We need the "good people" (turd herd) gone before final 5...period.

WOW the one night I fall asleep before 4 AM and all hell breaks out after nights of nonsense going on. Hmmm my money was always getting right of Jameka and it now seems like the perfect oppurtunity has risen :-D YIPEEE! but, so much can happen in the next 2 days...
Could someone tell me the gist of Zach's master plan. I don't have fast internet and I'm doing research at the same time so it would take a half hour or more. I would really appreciate it.

If only I had a direct line to Dani because I called it. Removing Jameka instead of Amber would have made the most sense and you still would have had Jen losing her mind! Dumb Dani will still have Jen in her face at the end of this week rendering her HoH a failure yet again!
Alas, since it's a tv show I doubt Jen will be axed for eating and we'll basically have to live with her doing whatever she wants until she's evicted.
Jen is ineligible to get HOH, POV, vote and will be on the block. They HAVE to milk this one.

ohhh it's so delicious! I am a Jen fan and want her to win. It would be beautiful- she is the underdog and has been on the block nearly every week- she always pulls it off. That is what happened last night. I do not think for a second that she snapped. She obviously planned it ahead from packing her clothes to hiding them to following Dick until he went to get a pack of cigarettes (he has been hiding them from her). As fun as Dick is to watch I am also frustrated by his lack of morals and double standard. He has hated her since the beginning for no GOOD reason. Because of his tendancy to fly off of the handle everybody there kisses his butt (including Dani)even though they hate him. One easy suck up to him from the beginning was to hate Jen right along with him and condone his behavior by standing by and watching, which is just as bad as actually doing the deed. I was disappointed to see Jen align with Dick and Dani last week. Not only did they not appreciate it- they used it against her this week in many ways.
What Jen did last night kept her in the game for one more week. Dani was right to fear her as one of the best competitors and greatest threats. Everybody expected her to just go without a fight? The votes were stacked against her and she has no way to sway them. She had nothing to offer.
BTW- I feel that every player has a right to play the game if they are chosen to be there. If Jen is there for the challenge and that is more important than the money to her- then so be it. It not any less of a reason than Eric's which is to play the game for the sake of the game (which is rigged). Everybody wants to win the money - it is just not Jen's main motive.

Is there anyone who remembers that Jen doesn't want to go to the sequester house. Maybe she is breaking all these rules to avoid going?
I want Jameka gone but what I'm worried about with giving the HOH to Amber is the following happening.
Jen is up and than Amber puts Dick or Dani up against her. Jen goes well they kept me last week so I'll eat again. Now the house is like well we can just get Jen out next week here's our chance to get Dick out. I'm pretty sure Jen can figure that one out.
Eric is creepy. Last night he tossed off into a sock, after Jen got a penalty nomination. The night before, he tossed off into a Kleenex after earning $30,000 in America's Player cash. He likes playing Big Brother a little bit too much.
A couple of nights ago, Eric told Jessica that his best friend (the chub he often talkes about) has video of Eric running around his apartment naked. Eric said it was filmed during a late night scavenger hunt. And a week earlier, Eric also told Jessica, during one of those silly "tell something about yourself in the guise of a game" events, that his friend drank a tea made from Eric's unwashed socks. The sock tea was also part of an impromptu scavenger hunt.
Isn't this all a bit TOO strange? Hmmmm?
The guy is creepy. Jessica needs to be very careful.
I wonder if Jen just told them that she got the penalty nom as a tactic for them to consider keeping her since she would be "garunteed" to be up next week but then once the HOH and POV comps are held next week they will be shocked that she is able to compete? Since she is sure she is being voted it out that would not be a bad idea to try and stay. It is unlikely since she was eating and broke a big BB rule, but if it is the case that she didnt get a penality nom and just said so to stay that would be an amazing move!
Oh- my bad- if I would have read the rest of the post before commenting I would have seen that Zach verified the information.
Ashley- very good thinking. Although we must wonder if BB said if she does it again she automatically goes home... that is just too big a loophole for them to leave open for her. Very good thinking though! :-)
Stephen- I would hope that is the case as well but I hope someone is smart enough to ask before they all send Jam off to see Dustin.
On another note do we know if the HOH would have to put up one nom or two next to Jen?

I love Eric. I really really do. I can't help myself. He's just....adorkable. I liked him from day one, but especially after the Jessica licking frosting off his nipples incident hehehe.
I know a lot of people seem to dislike him, but he's the only person that keeps me coming back to BB8. He's comic relief in a house filled with tension. And he and Jessica are too cute together. I kinda hope their friendship develops into more after the show...
