C=Venus Strikes Again!
Happy Tuesday! It's 5am in the BB house, and Dick, Amber and Jameka are still awake and chatting very nicely in the living room. Must be on lockdown, or ya know they'd be in the backyard so Dick could smoke.
Please enjoy C=Venus' latest editorial chop, featuring Dustin. The overnight report will start going up around 8:30am BBT (shortly after I get home from my morning ride). In light of the sensitivity engendered by Amber's statements yesterday, I'm really hoping this chop doesn't cause a furor.
By the way, can you believe there's only 6 weeks left? According to my math, with Survivor starting on September 20th, that ought to mean the BB finale will be Tuesday, September 18th. If you haven't gotten the live feeds yet, that means you ought to be able to watch the rest of the season for just one monthly charge of 14.99! Sweet! 2 weeks free & pay for the last month... easy, peasy! ;) You can use this link:

lmao I like it!!!
This isn't really a comment...more a question. I was reading on another bb8 site...that shall remain nameless....and on their schedule listing they have the last show as Sept. 4th. Could this be right? Maybe they just ran outta' space on the page and couldn't list the last two weeks. If the ending is earlier rather than later...won't that mean a couple of double evictions? Im so confused lol....just wondering about this......Higgie
hey higgie, cbs hasn't released the finale date yet... i've spoken with the publicist, and as soon as they do, i'll be posting it... i'm just going with what the schedule's been for the past several years.. bb finale right before survivor premier... it just makes sense.
beechy me too - i love c=venus' chops.
Ya know what, I'm not offended. (Now, I could get into a long, intellectual sociological discussion about gay men being tagged as "bitchy women" in the pop culture, but I'm not offended.)
Actually, I'm more irked by this site featuring ads from e-harmony, which (among other things)explicitly discriminates against same-sex oriented people.
Just a random observation.
Cliff, been waiting for you to weight in on this one.. I wasn't aware of that about e-harmony... do they really?
I kinda figured you would be waiting on me. Like I said, it's not objectionable, as it's parody. I could write a thesis on the larger subject.
But, on e-harmony, yeah. The simplest test is to go to the site and try to make like you're looking for a same-sex mate and you'll see it won't allow it. There's a LOT more detail on the web. Wiki it. You'll be surprised. (The leader is all hooked up with James Dobson of Focus on the Family.)
(Hopping off my soapbox.)
cliff Thanks for the heads up - New Dating Site Advertiser... ;)
"Perfectmatch.com does not believe it is right or smart to discriminate against groups. We never have and never will judge our members. Our service is based on science and accommodates anyone that wishes to find a committed, long-lasting relationship - no matter their sexual preference."
Carolyn,
Wow.
I'm really impressed. Teary even.
i just can't support bigotry...
or profit from it.
Cliff, just saw your comments above and I'm very glad you were not offended as no offense was intended. The chop was strictly a parody and serious comic relief for me as Dustin was getting on my last nerve at the time I created it. Glad you saw it for what it was. Cool. :)
