Happy Birthday Girl...
It's funny, but maybe not. Now she's old enough to drink, but could already have signed away her life for the military. Just weird.
I reread the info about America's Player... and noticed that the last opportunity for us to vote is by midnight on Sep. 12. Isn't the Final on the 18th? Would this mean that we won't have a say through the Producers' Player? A bit confused.:-?

Dick thinks she's pretty upset about not hearing from Kris... he's asking Jessica to be supportive of her.
He is a good dad.
Why is she so pissed off at Dick? Or is she just taking her anger at someone else out on him? If she is upset about not hearing from Kris, then she is stupid, she hasn't mentioned him much at all if any since Nick was voted out and then she talks about Nick all the time and got that sappy letter from him, so why would she be surprised if Kris didn't send his love to her after that? She doesn't have the right to be mad at him. I like her most of the time, but right now on BBAD she is just being a major pain in the A.
OK, can someone tell me wtf danielle is mad at her father for this time? and WTF is on jameka's head???
jerzee... pretty sure she didn't get a letter from kris... she's not mad at her dad - she's just sad... and not wanting comfort that's gonna make her cry in front of everyone.
I feel for Dick... he's trying to help Dani with her feelings... it's obvious something is going on. Maybe the letter she just read... from the bag. She looks very guarded and I know she has said before she doesn't want to air her emotions in public. Total 180 from her dad. Very frustrating for him. She hates being vulnerable. And oh so young still.
Been there, done that. Thank goodness it's over with.

Don't we all remember young love and its' confusions... And then when the heart was broken... at least I thought it would never mend. Young and naive.

im - she was doing more listening than talking... to their credit, the house guests are slowly coming up to comfort her.. with subtlety... and more certainly at dick's request...
at the moment, she's up in HoH with Eric... "it's just hard cuz you can't communicate with people..."
Eric's sharing his 3 year take with her now...
Just anything to let her know she's not alone in the world...
Now Eric came into talk with her in the HoH. He's sharing his story about his three years relationship and where they are... to take the next step or break it off. And now he says he is getting more into 'trouble' by the day because of what he is doing with Jessica. He had GF clearance coming in... but may not think to this degree.
So, he's telling Dani he understands that it's hard not being able to talk to the person in question and sort things out.
Actually, this conversation also makes me see a bit more of Eric than his creepy eyes. He's not shifting around a lot and seem sincere. Indeed.

I'm glad Eric is able to help her out to whatever degree that may be. I did switch over. She may not like him much, but I'm sure she's going to appreciate this. And I dont think Dick asked him, he just found out via Jessica.

he asked her if she wanted to talk, she said no.
he asked her if she wanted to go outside, she said no.
he asked her if he could do anything to help, she said no.
after all that, he should have just kissed her, told her he loved her, and given her the space that she was hinting at. it's good he's trying, but he's trying too hard, i think.

Hope things wwork out for Dani with her boyfriend.Glad that Eric and Zach are trying to help her through this rough spell.They seem more human to me now.Really hopr she had a great outing with Amber.

Cliff- it's funny how some HG are delusional about their treatment after this reality show. I almost feel sorry for them... spec. Amber.
As for Dani not letting her dad in too close. It's all abandonment issues and she won't let him in until he's tried for ever and ever and more. Not helping him with her is a future 'abandonement' when he once again 'leaves her'... she'll make it personal believe me, when he gets his Irish citizenship at the end of the year and plan to move overseas. Why let him in... when he won't stay around for long? Too risky. It's that simple.
Finally, even if Dick is not the typical dad... but how many talk to their folks about love and sex. Do you? Did you when that young?

Not to get all Psych 101 w/ everyone but Kris = Dick (re: abandonment, reconciliation, etc) in Daniele's eyes.
On an aside, I don't think Jameka had a significant other's letter on her birthday.
Easier said than done but Dani's on a television show, has HoH, is a PoV winner, and celebrating her birthday. Enjoy it, girl! How sad that all this negativity has to put a damper on all these great things.
if I was her BF, I wouldn't write her a letter either.
But I'm sure BB producers didnt want him clueing her in to any AP issues. and hey want to keep the Nick thing alive for later use.
personally i can't imagine what people like about daniele. she doesn't really have mature thoughts, her gameplay is ignorant, even tho she says strategic and personal and frushtrated all the time doesn't mean she knows what those words mean
Wow, it must be s**tty to turn 21 in the BB house. I know I would hate it. I feel sorry for Dani.
Does anyone have videos of Daniele being a big baby at her birthday party? I love seeing her upset.
