Woah. Dick won part 2?!? So much for the plan to throw it.
Dick: On top of it, we got gypped out of a car. What's up with that? I'm out there goin' no car? Whats up with that? They've had a car since season 3. Hey hon. Don't be too hard on yourself please.

Dick: If there's anyone in this house I'd rather go up against for questions, it's Zach. He's horrible. And this is where we go to the final 2. Have faith in me, ok?
Dani: I know.
Dick: I do know I'm not bad at these questions.

Dani: And listen for key words, like "our little beds"
Dick: I know those people a lot better than he does... Spent more time with all of them than he did. I know them better than he does, by far.

Dani's pretty mopey, but she's slowly coming around and being supportive. I expect much Jedi training in Dick's immediate future.

I am on the moon right now, but I'm keeping it hhumble and real. I will just say I'm proud of Zach for kicking it up a notch these past two weeks and wish him the best.
Oh my gosh! I wonder how he will do in the final comp. I suppose he isn't much worse than Dani at questions. Let's hope he studies a lot.

Any way you look at it, Dick will get something out of this.
Dick vs Zach in final HOH:
-Dick wins, takes Dani
-Zach wins, takes Dick
Dick gives comp to to Dani, so Dani vs Zach in final HOH:
-Dani wins, take Dick
-Zach wins, Takes Dick
This is actually best case scenario for Dick. Now he is ensured that he is either HOH and can take whoever he wants, maybe Zach who he would have a better chance against. If Zach wins HOH he takes Dick anyway.
Who knows, but this could be good for D&D. Dick can work under pressure and he's right in his current rant, he knows these people probably better than anyone - he's been studying them as he tortures them all summer.
I'm playing armchair psychologist here, but I bet he's playing a much better game because he's playing for Dani. That's a far more powerful motivator than just the money.
Ugh. I hate to want Dick to win, but he's been a monster player (in all the good and bad ways).
Zach may not have been a part of the "gang" so to speak, but, I think he watched and listened alot. I hope that they do a ton of Jedi training.

Awesome. Zach can beat Dick at questions. As fun as a Dick/Daniele finale would be I HATE Daniele. And Zach/Dick as the final two is the only way that Dick will win. Go Dick!

It's like a mid-life crisis. Some men buy convertibles, Dick restores his relationship with his daughter. It's a good thing, and I don't care who wins, but I hope they last!!!

I am really hoping that Zack wins it all! I know he jumped in to play last minute, but damn he did good flying under the radar, and making deals, reassuring people, and throwing competitions in order to keep the spot light off himself, basically he had a very different and quiet way to play, where as daniele rode her dad's coat tails, crying and making people feel "sorry" for her that her dad was who he is, waa waa, yea right, she is worse than ED! So thats my 2 cents, I am rooting for Zack, I am so glad that Daniele did not win round 2. Daniele can go home and cry to her boyfriend or Nick, who cares. GO ZACK GO!

This might be for the better tho. That third round set is usualy like "Which houseguest said, 'I hope we have apricots for lunch today'" kinda garbage. I think Dick might be better at that than Daniele. I could totally be wrong. But, it did seem like he spent more time talking to people than she did. However she's got a great analytical mind and really seems to read people well. So I could really go either way.

Woo hoo! I wouldn't be pushing for Zach so hard if I had the option of choosing just one Donato. If I could pick Dick without Dani, I probably would. I think that he uses some real scumbag dirty disgusting tactics to rile people up. Honestly, I'm kind of disgusted that CBS let Dick get so close to people's faces without saying something. While he may not have been touching them, it was definitely physical intimidation as well as a full on verbal assault. I was sure that there was going to be a physical altercation between him & Zach by the DR the other night (last night???).
With that said, I do think that he is (by far) the most honest player. Every once in a while (with Dani), we see a glimpse of his human side and I gotta believe that this is how he really is outside of the house. I really enjoy & appreciate THAT side of him.

Yes Daniele and Dick are Arrogant, on Tuesday nights aired episode, they were both so very sure that they had already won! That looks bad, you cant just "EXPECT" that the jury house is going to vote for you! Zack IS still in the picture! I really think that in 99% of everything that Zack said to everyone in the house, held truth sincerity to it. I hope that this year on BB someone who hasnt stabbed EVERYONE in the back, lied, intimidated, bullyed, and whiny cry baby, who blames everything on everyone else, Zack deserves to win, for being an honest, sincere, kind & genuine person, who played this BB game with dignity and respect for himself and others... I think Dick won on purpose after Dani's latest refusal to tell him she loves him earlier today. He probably realizes that the only way she will stay in touch with him is if he wins the $500,000, (which is probably very true). Does anyone think if she wins the money she will split with him?
I dunno how correct D&D's thinking that Zach will choke on questions about the other houseguests (since he doesn't know them as well as Dick) will pan out. Zach seems to be a people-watcher, and you'd be surprised how well one can know someone else just by observing their behavior- after all, that is primarily what BB is all about. ;)
Case in point here: I never saw BB6(long story)and other than random bits about Kaysar and Janelle (sp?), I know nothing of the BB6 HGs. Tonight I saw the final HOH questions competition and decided to "play". I totally kicked butt getting 5/6 correct (but missed both tie-breakers... LOL)! The thing is, if the questions asked in BB8 are anything like these were, then "knowing" the players could actually be a disadvantage.
Just thought I'd toss that in... ya know, grist for the mill. :)

I don't see that Dani road Dick's coattails. She's a very strong player, but she sure as heck used him as her heckler/enforcer/protector. She would have been gone had Dick not saved her skinny behind.

b&e- I think it depends on how much the jury lets personal feelings cloud and sway their vote.
But overall, I think this F3 are a worthy bunch; a convincing argument can be made for why each of them should be given the win.
Carolyn, I am worried that the Donato's think it's the 11th. Tie breakers/final questions always seem to revolve aorund how many minutes / hours have you been in the big brother house?

Zach has an equal chance to win against Dick. I think all the "throw the comp. to Dani" talk made BB change the nature of the 2nd comp. so it couldn't thrown as easy. Just like they changed Jen's penalty to save the integrity of the game.
If D&D want to be in the F2. Dani needs to coach Dick. They both need to go over everything that has happened over the course of the season.
I really hope that D&D make it to the F2. Can't wait for tonight's episode. 11 more hours to go.............

That's all part of this game -- reading who you send to the jury and getting their vote for their reasons. Some will vote personal, some will vote strategic. You have to know that. It is their vote and their reasons, even if they vote for the "good" people. Instead of making fun of that, hear it, understand it and position yourself to get their vote.
There is no right or wrong in the jury vote ... it is what it is.
Carolyn -- Nauseous? Not here! This is the outcome have been hoping for (but was clinging to a thin thread!). Love the fact that Dani has no control here and Dick has to stay focused on a questions comp. But, hoping he will get into his rant mode and throw his own game off.

About all the conspiracy theories about them changing the games to suit the players - that is mostly garbage. These sets aren't thrown together at the last minute, there are several kinds of crews that work on them (art, technical, labor, the producers, etc., most of them union labor). They were probably (and, if you've ever worked on sets, you'd know it's more than probably) planned way before the season began, and anything technical had to be built and tested well before it was used for real. The most they can do is very minor tweaking - but even putting a wall to hide the contestents from each other means building it, painting it, installing it, all within the framework of the set that has already been built, and the time frame.
Don't get me wrong - I'm sure the producers do lots of manipulating of the game in many ways - but just wanted to weigh in on all the seemingly magic manipluation of those games and sets ...
I'd love to see a poll about Danielle sharing her winnings with Dick vs. Dick sharing his with Dani.
I enjoy having her in the house because I thought she was the most attractive chick in there, but I don't care if she was Elle MacPherson or (insert your hottest famous woman here) - Dani's attitude is just horrible. Lets face it, she's already led a spoiled life to this point and with her "fame" she'll get even more spoiled for the next year or however long people remember who she is. Even if she loses, she'll be some kind of celebrity Hooters spokesperson instead of going back to being a waitress (I guess those store-bought knockers were a good investment for her).
If Dani somehow manages to WIN, she'll be even more unbearable - but its not like $500k will make her set for life. Still, if she wins - how much do you think she gives her Dad? I'd bet she throws him some token amount because you know people will be asking her the question ... but it won't be split down the middle. Its like when she "returned the favor" by using this last power of veto on Dick. She's no dummy, she did it because she knew there was no consequence to doing it. If her tiny little butt was on the line, she never would have reciprocated.

Ray, Tella commented something similar a day ago or so. No one seems to have the "stones" (as Zach would say) to add an identity to their nastiness. It's pretty easy to be post anonymous mean thoughts on a about people on a television show or the internet.

Anon@8:53 - I am not sure what the grievance is for HG's "that had to play on their own the whol,e time" and how that isn't "fair". Did someone force these HG's to play on their own? I am prettu sure to some very valid extenet, that is based on their own decisions/behaviors, it's not as though the BB crew and production forceably pair people up when they enter the house. Who one chooses to "play" with, if anyone at all, is up to them, hence very fair in my opinion.
Chandra - I am not sure I am in complete agreemewnt to the praises directed at Zach. While I do not despise the poor man like many seem to do, I certainly do not think he has been some example in honesty by any stretch of the imagination. He had his very own valid tactics, to win naturally like any other, but they were more than a little mixed with outright lies and betrayal at various stages. I don't crucify him for it, but I do recognize it.
And sadly yes Anon@6:25 - I so agree how incredibly telling it is that probably, as Beth&Eric stated, the future of their relationship may very well hang in the balance for them based on whether or not Dick wins. Or it is for Dani I should say,. as I sincerely don't think it ever mattered to Dick. How shallow...... How hollow of a victory that would be for the poor man.............what did he gain if in fact they carry on now that his wallet may get thicker?

All i have to say is GO DICK!!!!! Zach hasn't done anything all season, he would have been voted out if it wasn't for the deal he made with Dick n Dani to stay in to begin with! And I hope Dick wins in the end anyways cause he's already promised to split the money with Dani, whereas if she were to win, she wouldn't give him much, and if it wasn't for him saving her butt a bunch of times and taking the heat as "the bad guy" she would have been evicted a long time ago too, not to take anything away from her game, she is a badass player, but couldn't have survived eviction without her dad's dealings. GO DICK!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

1994Thanks Monyc. I agree with you 100%Also, How hard is it to add your name at the end is all Im asking? We all have been here all season and now it just seems a litte hatefull as off late. Fine, we get it, Some people dont like Dick and Dani. But Some do, and a lot who come here.

I cannot say how happy I am. Zach has a much better chance at winning to Dick. And Dick might have some intimidation since he's already lost to Zach. If Zach makes final 2 he will win. The jury cannot stand the Donatos. Dick is the one all season saying how overconfidence was the downfall of evicted houseguests. Well......welcome to the club buddy.
