Wake Up, Houseguests
BB let the houseguests have a good sleep in today, until just a moment ago. It's now 2:05pm BBT, and all are awake. Daniele for the first time. Both Dick and Zach have been up and down for a while now.
Dick and Daniele will be going head to head in the 2nd round of the final HoH comp sometime today. Their plan, discussed earlier, is for Daniele to win it, but he'd like her to give a good show of really making an effort. All of the HGs are convinced that this round will come with a car as a side prize, per earlier years.
The camaraderie that was evident early this morning when the comp ended has come to a halt. No open hostilities are being fired, but shared between Dick and Dani.
In a completely unrelated subject and in hopes of lightening the mood a bit, please enjoy this clip I just found, edited by the talented "hellataz," and featuring the dance moves of Dick Donato in the 1st leg of the final HoH comp.

Holy! I am almost done my 8 hours at work and they are just waking up! Must be nice! I guess they deserve it after last night... Dick needs a masseuse!
I am not counting out Zach from round 3 because everyone says he is some kind of dummy. To me Dick doesn't seem like a genius either or should I say Jenius? If Zach is up against Dani becuase Dick throws round 2 to her I still feel Zach has enough confidence and will power to make it happen. If he doesn;t I will still be an avid BB fan but just a little disapointed and will be watching the finale, just not enjoying it as much and looking forward to BB9!

Do you know what the schedule will be for round 2 comp--(which I am sure Dick will throw to Dani)-and when round 3 comp is? I am just soo looking forward to what comes next.
angela - i don't. i know round 2 will be today, and i suspect round 3 will take place during the live show thursday night, but i'm just guessing.

Do you even think it's necessary for Dick to put on the show? He already tried to get himself voted out once for Dani by banging pots & pans... I don't think anyone would expect any different this time. I guess maybe it's out of respect for CBS so they have something for a TV show!

I really hope that BB tailors the competition between Zach and one of the Double D's in the favor of Dick or Dani to win because it REALLY seems like this contest was "made" for Zach. He's taller which gives him an advantage for holding the key, strong and has good stamina..etc. I just really am still pulling for Dick & Dani! Even though Zach said he'd be happy with the $50,000...I don't think he deserves it at all. :@!!
I have to say that Dick def brings better moves than Zach on the video!!

That competition was too painful last night, I've been cold all day just thinking about it so the video didn't do too much for me.

I just turned on the feeds... Did they say something to Dick about the ball in the veto competition? I turned it on and saw him cussing and saying something about they have the cameras to run the tape and why are they bringing it up now 5 days after the fact. Just curious if anyone knows what happened.

PS Carolyn you are amazing... I didn't even really like BB until I this season and I am sooo glad someone showed me this site. You make the season so much more enjoyable.
Why are D&D saying that Zack is kissing up? Is it because he was just trying to talk to them? I must have missed something.
He is in the house alone and I would suspect just looking for some company. I doubt seriously that he really thinks he can sway one vote away from the other.
That was a good video redo. It shows what he is willing to try to do for his daughter. Watching the show last nite was my most emotional. Over a crazy reality show! I cried for Dani when I saw her freezing, and saw Dick trying his best to protect her. I cried for Dick when he came off the carrot, and when Dani starting comforting him - he was touching. Zach is and always will be the one I disliked 2nd to Amber, since the beginning - he doesn't deserve to win. Dick has has the most odds against him since the beginning, his harrassment has all been in protection of his daughter - though a little rough, not much different than what other have done in the past (howie for example) - to protect someone else, or to bring the truth out. Dick deserves to win this show - not Zach - or even Dani, even though she did play pretty good in the comps. He definitely made for good TV for all. People that didn't/don't like Dick, watched to see what he did next - and still are! GO DICK!! GO DONATOS!!
I was wondering if anybody has heard when round 2 is supposed to take place and will we be able to view it or not?

Hm.... how interesting that people keeping saying Dick or Danielle or Zach or whoever "deserves" to win this game. Fact is no one "deserves" anything on show where competitions are involved. If Dick or Danielle truly "deserve" to win they'll win the final HoH.. if they don't win then one definitely "deserves" to go home while the other "deserves" to before the Jury with Zach.
The jury will ultimately decide who wins, no matter how many people post what they think or don't of who deserves what.

is there any way u can get these funny youtube clips and some of the great chops c=venus and others made about dick to dick when he gets out. i know he would be dying to see them all. in the past, have u been able to correspond w/ past HG's and hook them up w/ all this great stuff about them? i also wanted to let u know how greatful i and every bb fan is for all your hard work this season. at the begining when lnc existed i thought it wouldn't be a good season, but it has turned out 2 be one of my favorites. dick hands down is my fav HG ever! just wanted to drop by and give u props, you were a lifesaver. i have the feeds, but i am also a mom and have to do mom stuff. all the times i missed watching the feeds was not as bad b/c i had u to turn to in order to catch me up for the day. love u lots, christina (marry me dick!)
