Tonight's editing choices can and will make a huge difference in the voting for the America's Player Task tonight. As you know, right before the veto comp, Eric saw a picture of Janelle, and commented that she was fat and looked like Miss Piggy.
If the powers that be make the decision to show this footage, it could potentially have a huge effect, turning the tv only watching audience against America's Player, and hurting Jessica (at least emotionally) in the process.
Understood that at the moment, his vote will not decide anything, but the question isn't about that. The question is, do you think they will run the risk and show AmEricA's Player bashing the most popular Big Brother houseguest of all time.. just before the Veto Comp?

They have yet to show the Little Julie Chen stuff. Anything that hits too close to home that isn't game-changing (a la the banner plane) doesn't make it on air.
Although they did show the first kiss stuff before his AP segment on that show. And Janelle has been doing publicity since the PoV...
I will be pleasantly surprised if they do.
Yes I think they would show it, not only taking the chance but hoping it would work against Eric. They know it would make for better television.
I don't think they will, primarily because it will embarrass Janelle. But also, even if Eric was a d--k, it's Jess who will be the most devistated, and I don't see why the producers would want to do that to one of their most liked characters.

Well, they should show it. Only fair no?
I mean, we are quick to get riled up at CBS if they don't show things aren't we? To me this is no difference. CBS would not be hurting Eric's game at all. ERIC will be hurting Eric's game, period.
CBS wouldn't have had anything TO show if he hadn't said it, not once, but numerous times!!!! He reinforced his opinions to Jameka, Dick etc. of what he thought of her. So ah well if it hurts him, we cannot blame CBS for it.........
TV viewers only or not, it's not as though this is the kind of issue where it makes a difference whether you have feeds or not. He said it and that's all there is to it so having had the feeds only shows us viewers what kind of a crappy statement he made.
I don't see the fairness in shielding tv viewers from the real him. THAT is manipulating the viewers opinions of an HG in my opinion, when they conveniently leave crappy things out that a player said or did!

hahaha... Clearly you haven't read the details in my contract as America's Player.
I have personal assurance from the Big Wheel herself, Emmy Award winning producer extraordinaire, Allison Grodner, that AGP will never do any editing that may show me in a bad light.

I hope they do show it, there is so much they should have showed by now and haven't. Judging by chatrooms and message boards Jessica is not the most liked anyway and hasn't been since she decided to get with Eric so to speak lol, before that she was a tad liked. Dani and Dick are the most liked in chats and message boards now. I still hope Zack makes it till the end lol

Maybe next week - right before his AP reign is over anyway. But right now, this week, I think "BB America" might pitch a royal fit! Too detrimental to the AP time left.
Plus, it's already out there - so BB's hands don't have to get bloody!

Not only do I think they'll show it, but I strongly hope they do.

They have shown that they are all about showing or doing anything to breed controversy this year.
I think that is why they did nothing about the racist comments, the attacks on other players, and why they did the nude luxury comp. Its all about causing an uproar because that causes people that would not normally watch to tune in when they see it broadcast everywhere!!

I thik CBS will air the comments. If not all, at least the first one...the one we didn't se at the actual veto comp
I voted yes and here's why: It suits BB to have America turn on Eric;less money they have to pay him. Also, controversy breeds Internet fire, which in turn is a main component of generating revenue for the network.
That's my logic anyway.

did anyone else hear eric apologise to janelle? she said "thats ok" then hugged dick and whispered to him, "it's not Ok". CBS chose to show the insult and the apology.
