Seems Club Paris, which was never really Paris' club, but a "use of name" deal - Them: "can we use your name? give ya a couple million bucks." The connection between Paris Hilton and Downtown Orlando ends.

Club Paris is officially shutting its doors Sunday. The new owner of Church Street Station decided not to keep any of its current tenants, including the Club Paris. Club Paris had only been open for three years. It opened back on New Year's Eve in 2004.

The club will now undergo a half million dollars worth of renovations and be transformed into Dolce Nightclub.

Dolce Entertainment has signed a 5-year deal with building management so it will be here thru 2012. The big Grand Opening is set for August 31.
