Amber Made Fox News
In terms of the Big Brother game, the big story is right below this post, and it's been updated, but outside the house, the Amber story keeps on spreading. The hits just keep on comin'.. This morning, Wednesday, August 8th, Fox News has picked up the Amber story as well... Click here for their angle on the story.
I really can't decide which they hate more... Amber's bigoted statements, the show, or the rest of the cast.

It's old news for all the live feed watchers already, but the more I see this story spreading, the more I begin to wonder if AGP/Endemol/CBS are going to capitalize on it, and use Amber's now very publicly viewed anti-semitic and anti-gay bigotry as a way of saving Eric and keeping the America's Player text message revenue stream flowing.
We shall see.
Either way, it's definitely gotten to the point where CBS, Endemol and/or AGP can no longer discount it as "only having gone out to the live feed audience." They are going to have to make an official statement on the issue and soon. I'll be on the lookout for it.
Thanks to DishDudeDoug for the 3:20am BBT heads up about the Fox article. Frankly, it's not a source I'd generally be drawn to... at all, ever. The things I do in the name of Big Brother...

If Eric does in fact leave (which looks like it will happen after last night and this morning), then we can just vote for a new AP. Think they'll do that?
If Eric does leave, I wonder if/when it will be revealed to the remaining HG's. Also, wonder if there's going to be some guilt b/c he was forced to play to type of game he had to play.

I can't believe the things they said about Nick and Daniele! Thats awful! no where did they mention Amber's drug habbit or even Jen for that matter! I feel so bad for them. especially Nick who seems like a down to earth guy. oh and how about how awful BB8 is that no ones missing anything. thats such crap... but what is that saying: any press is better than no press .. agghh

Where is the clip od Dustin talking about what he calls his dog, I will not repeat it because I find it even more vial then Ambers speech about Jewish People....And as Dustin would say I am half jewish even though I do not practice Judaism
As usual, Fox News gets it wrong. Jameka did in fact protest to Amber's comments.
I am sorry...but that freaking article pissed me of SOOO Much...come on, Jameka DID protest, and Nick hasnt had gay "sex" , Eric is most deffinately NOT the least offensive...and so many other thing made that article a disgrace...so glad thats what people think of thisshow..
Actually, Jameka did not complain per se. And, due respect Amy, I definitely wouldn't define her response as a "protest" She "mmmmhmmmm'ed" a lot and said you should watch what you say (ie, the cameras). She did say, very gently, "you shouldn't say that". But, I was taken aback that there wasn't more of an admonishment from Jameka. Jameka did not need to yell, but Amber's comments were loathsome and certainly warranted discussion. Asking Dustin if he was Jewish, subtext being that it would explain his duplicity. Ick. Ick. Ick. It is coming across as terribly terribly anti-semitic every time Amber says "weasel" and "sneaky" in reference to Eric and Dustin. Not defending Eric. Evict him if you will. But the subtext of Amber's rage needs to be addressed. It is vile.
The only protest Jameka made was for Amber to watch what she was saying because of the cameras. I don't see how that is a protest against Amber's remarks??
C, I think there's a typo in your title. Should it read "Amber made Faux News"? I don't condone her comments (in fact I wrote CBS about it) but what I vile article about the show. I wonder where they get off when they have shows the likes of "Are You Smarter than a 5th Grader?" and the intellectual gem "Who wants to marry a millionaire?"
Jameka also said to Amber that she shouldn't make blanket statements about people. A weak defensive but a defensive nonetheless.
I love big brother and tons of people do so fox news is full of it. And they said Jameka didn't say anything to Amber but she did. She told her she shouldn't be saying that. I just think its rude for them to talk down about certain people like Dani, Nick, Jameka, and ED. Just because Amber made that statement doesn't mean the others should be criticized.

If it was not for some Jewish people there wouldnt even be a Big Brother or CBS. CBS better show Ambers true colors.
I'm sure Amber's comments bothered Jameka alot more than she let on. Remember, Jameka was very concerned about being the only Black person in the house. One of her goals is to make sure people (like Amber) don't judge her entire race based on her actions in the house. She is discovering Amber's true colors. But Amber has been a good ally and Jameka doesn't want to jeopardize that right now. If Jameka is a true Christian, she has probably forgiven Amber already. :P
