Yeah.. If America gets to vote on how he uses it, I hope that we keep the nominations the same! Time to get rid of one of the two on the block!

so how's this going to work that Eric won POV. POV ceremony is on Monday, however POV is broacasted on Tues. Hmmm, I wonder if America gets to vote. I would hope so since he is America's Player. Anyways, if that's the case I would vote for hime to use it and backdoor Danielle
I wonder what this means for the show. There's no way that they'll be able to show noms, food/luxury comp and POV on Sunday. So I'm guessing this will be Eric's decision, right?
He won't take Amber down since that was America's choice and he'd essentially be cancelling his task. And why would he take Zach down. That makes no sense. But what if he changes his mind. Hmmmm, I wonder what will happen.

Sunday's task is always the throw-away bozo task (mustard, woobie, etc)... The AP vote for Tuesday is always "who should Eric get evicted?"... He is free to proceed as he wishes until tueday night, and then he'll receive our input.. I think and I hope he elects to not use the veto.
I think he will be instructed to not use it because america's choice is already nominated. If amber was not on the block then he would have to use it in order to try and get her nominated
Hmmm this is a pickle. I guess he can take Amber down if he wanted since his task was technically to get her nominated and he did complete it.
But why would he change Jessica's nominations?

monyc -- Eric has completed his last task -- getting Amber nominated. This task was not to get her evicted (even tho I bet that is how America will vote if he keeps the noms the same).
Would love to see him remove Amber. Not because I want him to stay but because I want Dani backdoored and America would probably make his vote be to evict Amber. Oh well, maybe Jess will convince him.
I really hope the noms stay the same and Whamber goes home. If I have to see her crying, swearing on her daughter's life, or grasping that necklace one more time I may go crazy. Yes I know the necklace is a symbol for her daughter, but it's annoying!
So how the bejeezers does THIS work now since they don't show the veto comp on CBS until Tuesday along with the results of the veto meeting?
Not that it matters since America's all about getting Amber ("I'm America's favorite") out.

Yeah. I think if Eric has a lick of sense he'll know that America will become disgruntled with him and sabotaged him if he chooses to keep Amber.
I wonder... Now that Eric Holds the Power of Veto, and Veto Ceremony Day is typically Monday, will they change up the typical b.s. sunday night AP task, and be giving us the task of telling him whether or not to use the veto?? Or will they imbue him with a bit of free will?
Cliff. good point.. they'd have to spoil the veto results to give us a real sunday task, and that's not very likely... So free-will for eric , it is then. I'm glad for him.
If he chooses one of over the other then he'll have to deal with the remaining one being angry at him if they survive. If he keeps the noms the same no one will be upset at him, especially since he has no secret pacts w/ either one of them.
I was just looking at Jessicas my space page......when were those pictures taken? The ones of her and all the cast mates? She has the key? Has this winner already been determined and we are really seeing taped "live" stuff????
Well, with Jess' comment there goes my theory.
I am more worried about the two of them coming at him than one of them being angry. I think the rest of the house would go with E&J if one of the D&D's were gone, so they would have no more power. Especially if the D gone was Dani since she is so powerful in the comps.
we could still vote for pov on sunday. just because it is normally a throw away does not mean that we can not vote veto instead

kiara - it could happen... i just don't think it will based upon cbs' typical airing schedule... we shall see. the tv only folks are Wayyyy behind the rest of us - just depends if they're willing to shake things up a bit.
And Jameka continues to climb up Jessica's but. This is painful to watch. Jameka is playing the hanger on game a little too openly. She does nothing and can't compete in HOH.
All she does is give her opinions with her belief that she is the most superior being in the yard. She has, with Amber, bashed Catholicism. Isn't Jessica a Catholic girl? Jessica needs to get rid of her. She is becoming more annoying and useless in this game than Zach.

The tv-only are so behind. I mean they could fill the hour with all of the ED and Dani explosions of late. Not to mention the comps, the Diary Room sessions, and the pre-nominations campaigning from Zach etc. So much!
wendy, like i said.. her mom is running her myspace page.. i speak with her frequently... some of the pics are old, some are new and were added by her mother while she's been in the house.

NO AP on veto. veto airs on Tuesday. glad we can't ruin his strategy, i think he's doing fine... but i am curious to know what BB picks for AC tomorrow...
pleadging allegience to Jess one week, and giving her a toy another week... i'm thinking they may play a strategic power move with sunday's America's Choice... or they might make him act foolish in front of the HGs... my vote is for him to be Jester Eric, not Crazy Game Decisions Eric.

Off topic but can I ask... does it bother anyone else how they rip on Carol ALL the time?!?! She has been gone since week 1 and they are still saying awful things about her... I just think that is messed up.
While I would love to see Dani backdoored, I am afraid if Eric used the POV and Jess put Dani up, America would mostly likely vote to evict Zach or Amber. And the hinky vote could get Eric in A LOT of trouble, especially with so few people left. As the numbers dwindle, the game will get increasingly harder for him. So far I am very impressed with how well he plays in this difficult position. He does deserve to win.
Also...
I was just thinking about the end game and America could really end up screwing Eric over. If the final 3 is Jess/Eric/Dick and Eric wins HOH, and IF America would get to choose who he takes with him, at this point I am very scared Dick will be voted into the F2. I think that would hurt/piss off Jessica and I don't want that to happen. I really want Jess & Eric to be F2.
Also, I wonder if he did take Dick to the end instead of Jess, if the jury would use it to sway their decision on who to vote to win.
I think in that sense, Eric is playing very smart by listening to America. Maybe then we would be more likely to do what Eric wants later in the game. That is assuming that he truly does want to take Jess to the end, which I think he does.
Anyways, I don't get why "we" would want an a-hole like Dick to have $500,000. I'm sorry, but I don't care if he "tells it like it is" to your face or how well he is playing the game, his behavior does not deserve to be rewarded.
But, I will say I do hope he & Dani can work through some of their issues after this is over.
Dang it I sure hope America & Canada get to make him use it then Jessica and the rest of them won't be feeling so giddy anymore hahahha and Jess will be mad at him because she doesn't want it used, neither does Eric, Dani or Dick. This should be good I hope. Yes Jameka has been up at HOH all the time kissing butt and can't win HOH herself but at least she cleans and has cooked, Jessica and Dani don't do anything.
Serena -- We have to remember, this is their world. They have no news, no internet, no TV, no life ....... nothing else to talk about except what has happened inside the house. And unfortunately, talking about all the nice things about ppl kinda goes against the grain of this game (their world).
ps -- Welcome back Carolyn. Hope u had a good ride. It was well earned.
Eric should use the veto to put Jameka on the block:
first J & E should agree with Zach to get Amber out;
second this would guarantee the allegiance of Zach and they will outnumber D&D for the next HOH competition;
third Jameka is guaranteed to be gone the next week;
fourth even better, backdoor one of D&D.
Sweet! That opens the game and introduce more variables for the final 4!!!
Eric should absolutely use the POV to send a message! He has played very well and he will probably see this as a strategic move to ensure Zach's support.
YAY for Eric....I can only hope that either Amber or Dani will leave that house this week!!! Dani sucks up to her father when ever she feels there is any sort of threat to her...Dick seems very unwise to any of it.
I agree with those of you that think Jam is pushing it too hard. Talking trash about Eric to Jess is a real bad move on her part!!! She is not playing a good game at all...She needs to leave soon also;)
The only way AP would work is if they ask "If Eric were to win PoV on Tuesday, what should he do with the nominations?"
But this would essentially be a spoiler, since they've never made this an AP task before.
I think Eric will finally have a chance to make a gameplay decision on his own.
Perhaps Amber's vision comes from the power of cheese.

But, think about all the stuff they can't do. Perhaps, this is some odd way of keeping entertained for some.
I think cleaning the place alot more would be a more constructive
activity-but that is just me.

Yeah, there was an ugly rat type animal next to Eric with a taped note that said Daniele under. There was a smaller creature near Jem with a little sign. There were a bunch of bat like thing hanging from the ceiling also with writing.
Everyone was asleep and it looked like someone snuck them in, but that seems impossible. Eric got called to DR and didn't seem to notice anything (he was half asleep).
Wierd things, but it seems like the housegusts must know about them or there would have been screaming all around when someone saw. Could they have been part of the Veto comp?
Odd.
I saw the scanning of Jess' stuff as well as the animals when it was happening. I think the scanning was just the camera poking around because everyone was asleep. The creatures are a mystery still.
