It's nearly 5am BBT, and Eric and Jess are still getting their flirt on. A few minutes ago, they were half joking around that production probably has bets going on when there first kiss will be, complete with a sheet with little boxes where you fill your name in to guess the day and the hour.
Right now, Eric's saying how "if these cameras weren't around, how many times would we have already gone for it?" And then, "When we kiss, do you think it'll be public, or under the covers?" Jess says, "Definitely not under the covers! Let's do it in the diary room, so none of the HGs can see." They can't get off the topic of their first kiss. It's pretty darn adorable. Eric just said, "Basically, you can barely wait another second..." Jess, "One day," Eric, "If by 'one day' you mean sometime in the next 20 minutes..."
Backtracking to just a few minutes ago...Jess: Look at us. We've lived together for 50 days, and we know.
Eric: Yes, did it take a lot of courage to say that?
Jess: No, should it have?
Eric: No.
OK.. you get the picture. It could be happening any moment now. Spark em if you gottem!

6:30am BBT - We've moved to night vision... While it seemed the flirt may have been done for a few minutes there, it's definitely back on now.
6:34am BBT - Jess is laying on her back with her eyes closed. Eric is propped up on one arm looking at her...

OK haven't been sure what I felt about this season and who I wanted to win... I was really liking Dani and Nick but that was about it. But I'm pretty happy with this final 4. I guess it would have been different had different people left but I would be happy with either of these 4 winning. But not Whamber or the Preacher. I hope that they stick with this alliance!!!

I am so glad that sham of a showmance never "materialized." I am particularly glad that there are still people who are interested in the show who can't seem to get over Nick. I need to be reminded occasionally how superficial most of America's opinions are. Much like Ronald Reagan and Pro-Wrestling, sometimes the entertainment value is as deep as some folks are willing to examine "culture."
