The Tuesday Show & America's Player Task
OK, so now we know... Dani had no idea Nick was even there in NYC until last night when they showed the HGs the tape of the show. That goes a long way toward explaining her mood... And thus far, production is winning back a bit of my trust: they showed the first kiss without tying it into the America's Player Task... Granted it wasn't actually the First First Kiss, but close enough. More honest than I was expecting, and I'm pleasantly surprised.
Very cool Veto Comp... Excellent. They showed the real AP Task kiss. Bravo. Interesting DR from Jessica.. I wasn't expecting her to voice her distrust of Eric... but I wasn't expecting her to cop to her feelings either. Oh, and Amber God Blessing God again - priceless.
Can't wait to see Eric's Veto Ceremony Speech. :) I'm guessing they edited it down a bit... Not as impressive as the buildup...

Poor Dani. I thought that she would've gotten to see him. Poor girl, she really does miss him. I bet thats why shes been talking about him so much lately.

NIck was in the audience the whole time. I saw him clearly smirking when the next competitors showed up... but he was behind amber, in view of Daniele, if she had looked. (specific people in audiences are hard to spot though) Her loss.
re: editing
I was glad CBS showed the first kiss. Then we got Eric's task, where he was predicting Dick, and was pleasantly surprised and voiced that he had ALREADY done it on his own terms. I will give credit to CBS, and am leaning toward the notion that they are on the up and up about almost everything.
No more conspiracy theories from me.
If Dick & Daniele win HOH and nominate Jess or Eric, it would be a good move, but I predict Eric will win. I think even if D&D win HOH, Zach and Jameka will go up. My BB fantasied will be upheld. Finally, a "fair" game among strong competitors...
I am confindent that America is sick of Amber.. but since Jessica got the kiss (America's player is really Jessica at this point) Eric may be voting for Zach to leave...
BB couldn't be happier if that were the scenario.. a little more chanting (i thought that was a nice fresh touch) and/or organ music, if you please...
I'm torn. Amber keeps coming so close to winning the competitions, but Zach flip flops back and forth. Help!
I wonder if Dani was so upset when she saw Nick was there because A) she misses him and wanted to see him B) she realizes that Chris has more than likely broken up with her or C) a combination of the two

the thing about DR sessions - and the rest of the show - is that they can edit it to look like it's something that it's not. who knows when jess' seemingly distrustful DR session was. and who knows what question was asked. i am starting to take less and less value in DR sessions because of editing. i mean, they didn't even do the kisses remotely in the right order...

It's amazing, I've been a Christian for most of my life and I have *never* heard of anyone saying "God Bless You" to God before! Can he really bless himself??????? I am so done with Amber - Man I hope she leaves this week!
Not that I want to validate Jamamber's visions, but don't you think that someone like Pat Robertson's university or some such bible college will decry the show's "ridiculing of people of faith" and offer Amber some scholarship or some such?

It shows a convo btween D&D where Dani asks Dick why the feeds go to the water when he talks about his work.
It make me think they have had to watch at least some of the feeds. I have tried to come up with other reasons to explain this, but I can't. What I keep thinking is, how would Dani know about the water, cuz I don't think that the water tunnel has been used on any other season.
If anyone can diffuse what this video insinuates, PLEASE do! Kevin, sorry if I gotcha thinking again. I had to share.
And the vote tonight is a hard one for me to decide. On one hand, Zach could easily side with D&D and on the other, Amber did swear on her daughter that she wouldn't put Dani on the block.
Also, I am thinking Eric is assuming we will vote to evict Amber and that is how he is setting it up. Especially b/c on the show he said he didn't use the veto b/c he knew we want Amber gone.
I don't understand how Dick & Dani think Zack turned on them first. They created a final four alliance without him, so why be upset when he campaigns against them. Eric said he agreed with Zach's strategy last night & if he wasn't America's player they would've probably backdoored Dani.
The HOH comps have mostly been based on luck than knowledge or skill. I think the final four strongest competitor of JEDD is blown out of proportion. Eric & Dick say that to stoke their own ego.

Carolyn I want to thank you for not allowing that crap. I ventured over to a few boards today, and I won't go back. People are so mean and rude to eachother it made me sick. It's not fun to read people attacking eachother and the HGs.
That is one of the reasons I love bb8dish. You run a blog where everyone respects eachother and their views. And if they don't, too bad you don't get published!

weird how that was posted just 3 days ago... it's old, as signified by Dani's planning to go up and boohoo about how she isn't Dick and how people always blame her for Dick's behavior.
My question is... Is Daniele watching the feeds? rhetorical... i think it is a production term they used, where those in the DR have told Daniele about how Dick's company didn't waiver the use of their names on the feeds. She was just getting him on that topic to keep him from asking her about how she felt or being all daddy-ish. Note that He had just commented to her about how she was cutting her hair and about taking vitamins and stuff.
and she was regurgitating that to Dick...
Dani is a manipulator, and seems to have gotten through life "acting" a certain way in front of people. BB exposes this when she let's her guard down ever-so-slightly.It's hard to be conniving and devious 24/7. Give her a break.

Also, I agree that I gained back some trust in the Producers... I love that Eric did it on "his own terms" and then they showed the little peck with the "hardly" comment!

You know as much as i hate to say it we should vote to keep Amber in and evict Zach. Keep Eric on his toes. We need alittle entertainment this is not love connection here were not here to help Eric hook up. What would be better tv is for Zach to go ( hes going eventually anyway right) and then put Am and Jam up next week againest each other again. Watch them turn on each other.And watch Eric back petal all the stuff he said about Amber to keep her. Also we would finally see if our votes are really counting after his big speech on air i think he needs to realize who hes playing for and we control his game not him. He is so busy making eyes at Jess and speeches all the time and being cocky hes starting to believe his own hype. Lets really shake things up. Dick and Dani are at there best when they are fighting a cause and figuring things out.... They coasted this week and it shows Dick is making dinner and being a dad to all of them not a player in a game... Where is the fun or the tension something anything...... the feed were boring this week! We need a spark to liven things up!!

Hello! And, thanks for the warm welcome! This is Beth of "beth & eric" -- a new Mom in downtown Baltimore, Maryland up at odd hours with a 1 month old, and able to watch the (good) live feeds for the first time!
As far as BB8 goes, I think that Eric & Jess are super cute. Jessica has REALLY grown on me, and I was a fan of Eric before the two of them were "together", often feeling bad for him when the tasks were ridiculous since he'd never have a chance to actually win the game. I MUCH prefer Dick, far over Daniele, who I find to be whiney and ungrateful. I don't think Zach is even a competitor. I agree with melissa that I would love to know Jameka's view of Amber and her faith...
