Early Afternoon Update
Zach is planning on nominating Dick and Daniele later this afternoon when the Nominaton Ceremony takes place. Both Dick and Daniele have approached him separately to ask him not to do this, but he is unmoved, and rather a bit cocky now in his attitude.
- Zach: Awww.. Daniele cries to her dad. Her dad tries to protect her. Sorry dude. I'm here to play a game. I'm not here to make friends. Now Will and Boogie, on the other hand, if you guys wanna hang out sometime, I'm totally down.
ALL of the power at this point in the game is in the hands of the PoV winner. All of it. The PoV winner (unless it's Zach) will be the sole vote, and will evict one of the nominees. For this reason, we've been hearing Dick say since last night, and several times today:
- Dick: Gotta win the F'in PoV, man. We can do this. We can do this. We can do this. We've done this twice before. Third time's a charm, mother f'er.
- ***lol - it's a new tv show...

Go Zach! By NOT nominating Jameka, you don't make the jury house mad at you; then when a Donato wins the POV, sympathy vote Jameka will go anyhow - Psych!
Y aknow, I never liked Zach. He thinks he's a good players, but like Jameka, he has sailed through this game due to PURE luck. The Donatos, on the other hand, are great players both strategically AND physically!
OMG I SO HOPE THAT ONE OF THE DONATO'S WINS THE POV AND JAMEKA LEAVES!!! ZACH IS SUCH A LOSER! HE FLOATED ALONG AND NOW THINKS HE HAS ALL THE POWER! LET'S HOPE THAT ONE OF THE DONATO'S CAN RIP IT FROM HIS BIG OGRE HANDS!!!

I do not think Zack has sailed thru the game. I think he played smart all through out. At first I thought the same thing but after seeing what has unfold these past few days, I think he was just waiting for the right moment. That is by the Donatos are nervous now. cuz if they are not together in the F2 they will definetly not win. they are hated by the people in the jury room.

There are pro and con to D/D and Zack and Jameka....
Do you go in the house and make everyone an enemy like Dick did? Might work for some but not for everyone. Dani has won competitions when she had needed to but she lets her DAD do her dirty work....
So what if Zack and Jam flew under the radar isn't that how you stay in the house longer...making no one your enemy so your not OUT. Jessica and Eric would still be in the house if they didn't vote out Amber.... oh well.... SO what if they Zack and Jam weren't in everyone's face every week and they got lucky and floating through I'm sure that's not easy either....
Jam has been on the block so many times used as a pawn - is that her fault if they wanted her out they should of gotten her out...don't complain NOW because she is still there and might make it to the final 3....
JUN floated through for the most part and they didn't want to see her go because she cooked the most.... and she WON....
So if you were playing the game what would be your stragey? WILL won with never winning a HOH....
Does is matter how you get there or is getting there matter most??

uggg...Im so sad...Im going away for the weekend. Im going to have to find a computer to check in.
OMG the donatos are only there because AMERICA put them there! if eric had his own vote both would be gone. Talk about sailing! Dick might deserve to be there still, but Dani def. doesn't: without her dad she'd have been gone ages ago, including last night. No one in the final four has gotten their without help/america being on their side. All three (aka not dani) have a decent chance of winning, and probably deserve it.
I know this has nothing to do with the Early Afternoon Update, but I just wanted to voice all of my opinions here.
First of all, I hated this live show. I loved Eric and Jessica. They were adorable. <3 It was so sad to see Jessica watching her goodbye message from Eric. =(
Zach is a freaking idiot. Neither of the Donatos are going to take him to the final two with them. If he was a smart player he would have used the POV to take Eric off and Daniele would've had to be nominated. Then Zach and Eric could've voted Daniele out and there is one of the strongest competitors gone.
Not to use Wahmber's words, but, the "good people" never win these shows.
Now I'm rooting for Jameka to win 1st place and [I guess] Zach to win 2nd. I don't think Jameka or Zach have done anything that makes them deserving of 500k, but at the same time, I loathe Dick and Daniele. So I guess I'd want Jameka to win for the pure fact that she needs the money and I think she would use it for something good--like to help out her family.
I don't want Dani or Dick to go up. I pray that Dani gets POV.
I wish that Dani and Jameka could get some sort of agreement for this week that they will get rid of Dick... Dani doesn't really need her dad anymore and it has been obvious to me that she really only wants him to stay in the game and doesn't really care much about the personal relationship, so why not just get rid of him now?! Jameka will take WHOEVER to the final 2 if she wins the final HOH because she knows she can beat anyone. Even if she makes an agreement with DAni for Final 2 she KNOWS DAni won't honor it because she has a much better chance at beating Zach HOWEVER it will at least ensure Jameka a shot at the final HOH comp... I wish Jameka could convince Dani to oust her dad if she wins the veto... there is still time. Do you guys think that if Zach wins the final HOH he will take Dick? Dani? Jameka? Maybe another poll question, Carolyn?! :-)

Great point anon@ 2:19pm I agree with you. Who says there's only a few strategies to be used:
1). Win a lot of comps or win when it counts(POV esp.)Everyone ends up wanting you out b/c you're so good at comps-think Janelle.
2). Float and not ruffle many feathers.
3). Be extremely strategic AND use the buddy system--Will&Booger.
4). Or be an aggressive, abrasive, disrespectful person-Dick or (hate to say it, but it's true, Howie).
These clearly are not all the strategies one could use, but they have been some of the primary ones. Winning the game is the goal of everyone who plays this game regardless of their methods used.
ANON 2:19 - I dont think you can compare Will to Zack or Jameka. Will used his words to get through to the end and everyone that has watched him in action knows it. Jameka has not done anything that is why I say it is luck, not skill of any sort on her part. Also I am not sure how smart of a move it is for Zack to put up Dick and Dani. I could be wrong, but I would bet that Jameka would vote out dick, which means Dani would still be there, and she has proved to be a threat in the competitions. Also this jury really strikes me as one that will vote personal which is upsetting, since this is a game! However Dani against Zack, I don’t know, I think Dani would have a chance of winning. I really can’t see Jameka keeping dick since she has played personally as well, and she thinks Dick is the Devil. It would be nice to see a competitor win or someone who really truly played the game. Not someone who laid back while others won competitions. It is harder to throw comps and win them when you need them, or use your words to manipulate and lay back, or to just be a an all out competitior then what Jameka did. Jameka did not throw competitions she flat out has not won anything, trying her hardest. Will deserved to win, but what Will did, and what Jameka are doing, are totally different. On that note, I am a Dick and Dani Fan, however if Zack gets there to the final two I will say it is because he has won, what now 3 competitions when he has needed them the most.

I don't understand, againm why people dog on Zach for doing what is best for him. Clearly, having a Donato leave gives him better odds in the F3. Reason being that if both Ds are competing and somebody wins... they pick each other for F2.
So Zach, Jameka and a Donato... almost guarantees a Zach F2... since Jameka's friends are on the Jury. So he is doing what is best for him. He has also won three important comps this past week... and is therefore deserving to go further.
Would Zach be where he is today w/o the Ds. No... but that game of hindsight can be played by anybody.
Each has to play to win now... and there is a 50% chance that a D will win the POV comp.
That's it.
If Jameka wins POV and/or the last HoH... she also clearly is worth the F2.
This is my fair thinking. Is it what I want. No. I want a GOOD winner. But I hope for Dick. (I know ED would put both his kids through school... so even Dani would benefit). ;-)
I think that its funny that Zack is on a POWER KICK!! He really doesn't hold the cards. The only card he holds is his trip to the final 3. As far as who goes with him the veto will deside that for him. His nominations mean NOTHING!!! He needs to get a grip and realize who got him where he is TODAY!! It was not himself!!!
Ok so in a 5 minute video of Dick and Dani, He spit 18 times.
I sure hope they have been spraying down the back yard alot. He is so gross!!!!!

I guess Zack feels like he has no chance again beating the Danatos at the final three, as he told jameka he rather have a guranteed final 2 with her, then not be guranteed to go with one of them. If it is Zack and Jameka it will be so predictable who will win all the money. Definatly hoping it does not go down that way.
OH... Dick got his HoH basket with a letter from home, and some goodies. I can't see the point why not. Last year Janelle was cheated as well. Now this is good inspiration for the Donatos upcoming nominations and tomorrow's competition.
A reminder of last year's F4...
Janelle and Erika nominated. The POV was about events and HGs in the house... pictures, order and dates. Janelle won that final POV and ended up sending Will out the door.
So... that means similar thing can happen once again. Or not.
I agree with those of you talking about which strategy each house guest used. There is no "sailing along" in this game. Jameka and Zach each had a strategy--to not piss anyone off!
Dick and Daniele pissed almost EVERYONE off... that is why I will be ECSTATIC when either Dick or Daniele ends up against either Zach or Jameka in the final two.. because one of the latter two WILL win. And I can't wait to see D&D all mad about it. =D What are you gonna do now, Dick? You can't yell at these people anymore, belittle them, burn them, or pour stuff on them!

Agree with 2:19 and meemma. At this point, anyone who has made it this far deserves to be there. They have all used a strategy that worked for them and worked well it did.
I don't particularly like some of the styles of strategy used (Dick's bullying, Dani's whining to Daddy), but I do respect their game play and think they deserve to be there and deserve to win if that should happen.
Floating in and of itself is a strategy and it works for some too. If you got this far, you did something right and more power to you.
Hope I can be this gracious if one of the D's do win (ouch!)
Just got on the feeds so was checking Joker's to see what's been happening in last hour.
The last entry there says that Dick calls Dani outside to tell her about a code sent by Vincent in the letter. But, when you click on the post it says it's not there.
Did anybody see this on the feeds or know what it's all about?

Hey Chris, thank you. Those two running around patting themselves on the back drives me nuts. Yeah Dani won some comps but if E had voted the way he wanted to she'd have been gone a long time ago. Without Dani richard would have been spitting his way out the door many times. I pity the folks who'll have to live with her in sequester for two weeks. Jam and Zach, OH YEAH!!!!!!!!
Ok, evidently Vincent and Dick worked out a code to be sent in Vincent's letters. It's about who he can trust in the game.
Problem is, Dick hasn't quite figured it out yet and if he does, doesn't matter cuz it's too late to help.
That's why he kept complaining last nite about not at least getting a letter from Vincent for his HOH, even tho he knew in years past short term HOH winner got nothing.
Pretty smart, but afraid this will ruin letters for future seasons.
What's with all the "If it wasn't for Dick, Dani would have been gone ages ago" talk??

Week two: Dick and Daniele are both on the block. Dani wins POV (for the second time already in two weeks) and takes herself off. This created an opportunity for Dick to stay in the game. If Daniele would've been sitting next to Dick (instead of Joe) Dick would've been out WEEK TWO!!
Since then, there have been numerous times where Dani has made the path for her dad easier (whether it be winning competitions, providing info, giving strategy lessons, etc), and allowed him chances to further himself. Dick took Daniele off the block ONCE. Other than that, he's been much more of a hindrance to her game and made her a larger target.
He's certainly not Dani's savior.

I'm sorry but Dani is honestly being ridiculous. They talked about how Jess acted being on the block last week. Dani has whined and acted way worse than Jess did and its only been 1 day AND she isn't even on the block YET!!
Zach knows if it comes down to final 3 with him , Dick , and Dani then he doesnt have a chance. So he's finally gonna make a good move for himself. If they win POV then it will probally come back and bite him in the rear but he has to take that chance now because time has run out.
