Now that the nominations are outta the way, the mood has really lightened up. Dani's laughing and joking around... for a bit....

Dani: (quoting Zach) "No matter what happens, I Hope we can be friends for a lifetime."
Dick: Sure. He will be the one, after we win the PoV, "no hard feelings, man, no hard feelings... " The most hated man in America... She (Dani) protects him the whole game, then they get to the final 3, and he gets rid of her.
Dani: Know what's funny? These are the weeks we get along the best.

Game aside, I am touched. He has pricked her heart, so whatever happens it was worth it.

Smart move by Zach - in a subtle way (?) he is handcuffing Jameka about her keeping her word to evict Daniele as the first step to his strategy.
"Play honorably" - as asked by his Dad.
He kept Daniele the previous PoV due to "his oath to his group": telegraphing once again that he is a man of his word and that he plays honourably within his group, note that he did not say "alliance".
Zach is also covering all the bases for the second step of his strategy.
He is willing to take on the D&D anger and threats. If he does not win HoH, he is hoping for Jameka to keep her word about take him to the f2 over Dick. And if he wins, I would not be surprised that Zach chooses to take on Dick in f2.
It would be interesting to see if he would confirm to Jameka that he would reciprocate, i.e take her to f2.
In fact, the smarter move would have been to ensure a two part pact with Jameka, promise to evict Daniele if J wins PoV and reciprocal oath to take each other to f2 at Dick's expense.
I said before this HOH started I thought the best scenario was Zack getting HOH. If D or D got the HOH then they might be forced to put each other up for example if:
Dani got HOH and put up Zack and Jameka then Zack get veto, Dick would have to go up on the block and Zack would have voted him out.
The veto holds the most power, and Dani and Dick have proven that they seem to work at there best when they are under pressure. Every time they have been on the block together, one of them has gotten the Veto, so hopefully it can happen one more time.
I still see Zack winning this HOH as the best case scenario, because Dick and Dani will be fighting ferociously for that Veto

The donatos should have been gone a long tima ago... Go zach and Jam! (As much as that pains me). They may diss on their game play... But if z/j take out d/d, doesn't that make them better when it counted?
This is actually the "BEST" thing that could have happend... Zach just sealed Jameka's fait. We all know who will win this POV. So I guess it is bye-bye Jameka. Thank God... as she would put it.

Oh, and to clarify, while Ole Piercyface has manifold disgusting habits, that is not why I loathe him with the heat of a supernova. It's not that he's rude. It's that not only does he feel that being a huuuge bully and using the most abusive, sexist and bigoted language is somehow acceptable towards another human, he thinks it's acceptable to use it as strategy to win a freakin' reality show.
No wonder he admires "Johnny Fairplay."
May he be condemned to a life of trying to milk his "fame" at professional wrestling matches in people's backyards like his idol.
Cliff, couldn't agree more. Think the Johnny Fairplay reference spoke volumes. Or, he may go the way of Johnny and drink his way through reality show hell.

Scorpio 119 made a good point about the real power lies with the PoV - had Daniele won the HoH, that would not have guaranteed that Dick would be safe, only that Daniele would be in f3. Dick said so in one of the video posted in the blog. He is smart and is still trying to get Daniele to look ahead to the PoV comp and focused on the past HoH comp with what ifs,...
I am not a Jameka fan, but one has to acknowledge that she is a pretty great listener - all of the players, exception of probably Dick, tend to open up to her: she gets them to talk about themeselves and others.
That may not be a winning strategy for those who want all actions and gutsy moves, beware as always listening and observing provide lots of great info to play this game.
Amber, Jessica, Zach and now Daniele have poured their thoughts on Jameka and she has internalized all this info and could process this to her advantage in the f2.
Who knows Jameka has lots of friends in the jury house, she may well be able to win the prize.
Dick may be aware of this and that's why he is angry at Zach for not taking her out.
he and others can only blame themselves for not evicting her earlier when Jameka was on the block.
Some have argued that Zach was dumb for not getting Daniele out last night by saving Eric - would have shifted the whole game! Spilled milk!
PoV will be crucial and then HoH. Sweet suspense.
I thought what Dick said was if Johnny Fairplay can do it, why cant I. I did not hear him state he was like Johnny Fairplay or that he admired him; I took it exactly how he said it. If I remember correctly, wasn’t Johnny Fairplay the one that lied and said his grandmother died. Are we comparing that to a coded letter?

I saw that quote and was like, "O-M-G that is totally Jameka and Whamber" except I said 'Oh my god' instead of 'O-M-G', I just wish I had said that haha.
And Cliff- I know that you have been a big fan of Jen...your love for her was amazing(ly hilarious to read)...But at least Dick has/(had?) a strategy...Jenemy's only strategy (that I know of) was to play dumb
Now on to the topic at hand: It's great that Zach is FINALLY playing the game, but he rode on other people's coattails for so long, waiting for that perfect moment...I think D&D will overcome this obstacle, as they always have.
For all his shortcomings, I like Dick WAAAAAY better than Dani. I think outside of the BBHouse, he may be more trustable. This IS only a game, but in the most intense situations, a person's true colours come out...Something to think about for all the houseguests (evicted and non)

I wish they would change the way the final two are done. maybe make it more where the better two are there to make it more interesting.
When down to three have a HoH comp and that person is safe to the final two and the others are on the block and then let the three compete for the PoV and if one of the two on the block win it they are in the final two or if the HoH wins then he can pick. I just feel thats better than just letting them pick who they think is a weaker player to go against.
Cliff i swear sometimes we were seperated at birth LOL I have been saying that for awhile about him and Fairplay... And then he brings him up today classic!! He will end up on the sureal life or one of those shows getting an extra 5 mins of fame and Dani well we have agreed to be nice here and i will totally honor that.. I hate to break it to her but they dont have designer louie bags in the woods in minniesoda. If ever there was a time for Gangsta God to show up its now.. I want to really see Dani explode and implode all over if Jam or Zach win the POV now that will be must watch TV (feeds)

My fingers are definatly crossed. Last week I was not sure who I wanted to win out of Dick and Dani, however now if it came down to them, I believe I would have to say Dick now. However, I do want to see those two in the end.

carolyn do you think the reason they all do eat together is honestly the cast is young. It sounds like alot of them live at home as well, maybe something they are use to doing right now?? Dick was doing alot of the cooking back then as well and it like a full house sort of sit down and all eat together and play nice attitude and i liked that break, i was hoping for some fireworks but maybe they are just getting their bellys full for the fun to really begin??

Then transcriber indicates that Zach apparently said something to the effect that he "enjoyed being himself."

Zach: Wait until the wrap party...I'm not who you think I am...there is more, there is more...I've had to lay low specifically for a reason.
Does anyone have any idea what he's talking about here? Was anyone else watching the Live Feeds and catch this conversation as it was happening?

Actually this week the nomination ceremony doesnt really matter... so this news doesnt really affect the game... So its not really a spoiler. lol
Think about it, no matter who is nominated, the person who wins the Veto decides who is up... the HOH is basically a Immunity from eviction... Zack only gets to choose who is nominated if he wins POV... POV winner decides who is on the block, not the HOH this week.
Not saying that the Fairplay thing about his grandmother was the same as a coded letter. I mean, I suppose they have the "we planned this sneaky thing before I came on" aspect in common, but, no. They're just repulsive, each for their own particular reasons.
And my sweet, deluded crazysexycool ElastiBunny. Oh, I just get the hot and cold sweats thinkin' about that one.

At F4, HOH and NOMS mean absolutely NOTHING!!
Ok, let's get this straightened out. Zach winning HOH (and putting up D/D) is no better or worse than Dick/Dani winning HOH themselves and putting up Z/J. Let me explain. Here are the possible scenarios...
D/D win HOH, Zach and Jameka nom'd:
• Zach wins POV, a D goes home.
• Jam wins POV, a D goes home.
• Dick wins POV, Z or J goes home.
• Dani wins POV, Z or J goes home.
Zach wins HOH, Dick and Daniele nom'd:
• Zach wins POV, a D goes home.
• Jam wins POV, a D goes home.
• Dick wins POV, Jam goes home.
• Dani wins POV, Jam goes home.
What's the difference?? Absolutely nothing. Other than Zach being guaranteed F3 and Dick/Dani being pissed off instead of overconfident. So all the Donato haters gloating about Zach winning HOH and his nominations, as well as those Donato lovers troubled by him winning HOH and his nominations, chill out.
This is a long ways from being over. When someone eventually wins POV, then that's when people can start stringing themselves up from their shower rods or running naked through the streets.
Ok, so here is my perspective on Jameka. I really feel she hasn't been given quite as much credit as she should have been. Everyone seems to forget that she did, in fact win a POV. Unfortunately she used it to save Jen that week. But, seeing that she won just as many competitions as Eric, how is she any less deserving to be there at this point. I think being able to be the person that is liked by a majority of the people in the game is not as easy as everyone seems to think it is. She has had to keep her cool and hold her tounge on several occasions. When she did speak out on things, she was blasted on the blogs, but when she is calm and collected she gets criticized for laying low and being "dragged" through. I think that her way of playing shouldn't be discounted just because it is not in-your-face. She may not have won her way in through the competetions, but she made it none the less. "Good" or "Bad" she was likable, and she is still in it. Like it or not, that is a way to play just like Dick being over the top is a way to play.
With that said, I would like to see Zach win because it amuses me.
