Dick: How did I not know that she would be pissed at me? No winning man, no winning. It's always a catch 22 with Daniele.

Dick: Maybe she's right...
Silence... as Dick paces around the back yard a bit.
Dick: Oh this is gonna be a long 2 days, man.
Dick heads inside to use the restroom.
Dick: Are you in here?
She's not.
- ***Oh, crap. This is so not what I was hoping for. Bloody tragic.
Dick: I'm sorry...
Daniele: Well it sucks, cuz everyone uses my personal life against me.. All my questions were about my personal life and flying under your shadow... Even Jameka was like, you flew under the radar.
Dick; I never said you did.
Dani: Everything, the entire reason I'm here is you. I'm not my own person in this house, because everyone credits every single thing I've done to you.. and then I hear everyone laughing in the background like I'm such a joke.
Dick: You kicked their asses in those competitions. I definitely didn't carry you.
Dani: Well that's not how they see it...
Dick: We're here and they're not.
Dani: I know. But you made me feel like crap. And I'm sorry, but I don't think you had the hardest game coming in here. I'm so over this. I just wanna go home. The only thing anybody cares about is my personal life and me being in your shadow. I'm so over this. I'm so over this.

Dick: (sigh) F'd up, huh?
And out he goes to the backyard.
Dick: F'd up... WOW. (dick hears a car accident) That was a f'in huge wreck. Somebody better call 911. Seriously. Wow. Sh-t. (pause) That was a f'ing huge wreck. I'm waiting for the sirens.
(pause) Oh, man.
- ***Tell me I'm not the only one who wants to go talk some sense into Dani right now? Something along the lines of - What those people think doesn't matter... You know how strong a player you were, so be as strong a person, grow up, cut your dad some slack for once, and be happy you're there together in the final 2.
Dick: F'd up. Can't win. Can't win with Daniele. She'll always see it that way. Not as what it is, which is, no matter what I said, I still have a better relationship with a lot of those people than she did, and a lot of that stemmed from Nick, and I warned her, and she didn't listen.
We hear sirens.
Dick: There's the sirens. It's a huge f'in wreck.

- ***OMG - OK.. I get it. They wont attack Dick, cuz they're all afraid to, even from a few hundred miles away, so they all attacked Daniele. Makes perfect sense. Cowardly, but logical. It sounds like they took everything they were saying behind her back for 10 weeks and said it to her face instead. The jury's always bitter. This is nothing new. I just wish D&D had spent more time preparing themselves for it, and deciding how hey would handle it.. together. What was it Will said last year? Something to the tune of, "13 people leave here pissed off. Only one person leaves happy." The question is, one of 'em anyway, will Daniele even allow that?
Dick: Saturday night! Hey! You watchin', Vincent? I was thinkin' about ya... and I think I won. It's hard to be happy, cuz Daniele's upset, and she's pissed at me, and she's pissed at everybody on the jury... She got a lot of attacks.

we don't know what he said but it seems with some of the remarks she's made that she wants him to just lay down and give all the credit to her for getting them to the end.

I'm sorry, I really like Dani as a player and I loved the whole Nick and Dani thing but, she did put herself in a position to be scrutinized. As with Amber, she gave them ammunition to allow the game and her personal life to become one.
by the sounds of this, would it mean that maybe Americas vote is for Dick? If everyone seems anti-Dani right now..
Does anyone think the jury going after Dani might be a result of the America Player's voting? Didn't all votes have to be in by midnight tonight? And if America wants Dick to win, Eric could have done some last minute scheming to get the jury to attack Dani during the questioning. Just a thought...

Also Dick's comment about Dani's happiness in the game, he hit it right on the head. Even with Nick, she seemed happy but at the same time, I think her complaining outweighed the happiness.

You think Dani's pissed now... wait until she's the video of her Dad campaigning against her and saying he's not going to play for the both of them anymore. Dick was taking credit for everything Dani did before the HGs left, when she sees that it's going to get ugly. I think it's the strong woman thing again -- let's see, Dani won 10 competitions to Dick's 7 and was the first to put up Eric!
Here's the deal... when Dick and Zach were asked whose game did Jessica respect more hers or Eric's, they both got it wrong. They think Jessica's game was Eric's game, why wouldn't they think Dani's game is Dick's? Let's face it... Jessica's game was better than Dani's because she got the LNC evicted and Eric blamed for it -- but Dick and Zach just can't even see it. Dick was upset that Zach was taking credit for Dick's stay against Dustin -- well, Dick taking credit for Dani's huge moves is just as ridiculous.
The parallel symbolism didn't escape me either... instantly.

I hope Dick is right, that he won it all... He will share the money with both of his kids. If Dani has her way (which she always wants) then she probably won't talk to her father after the show is over, unless Nick has anything to do with it as far as communication between the D's.
If all works out and Dani and Nick hook up after BB8, then maybe it was a good thing that Nick was there in the house with the D's. Nick will hopefully talk some sense into Dani regarding her father. Nick is very Mature and down to earth. Dani needs some lovin from Nick and then she will be cheery again. mark my words!
Carolyn, I know you have heard this a million times, but I will say it again... THANK YOU for all your dedication to this BLOG and all your followers. This is the first time that I have come to a site like this. Since BB1 I was always a TV only person. I wanted to wait and see what happened. What the heck was I thinking all these years? You have changed the way for me... As you said "If you build it, THEY will come" I will be back to see everyone again next summer.
Again, as Carolyn said before... We will all be "jonsing" after Tuesday night. If anyone knows where to go for BBAnonymous - Please let me know. I will need it bad. Maybe Cliff can share his Xanex for the next year...LOL.

It's very sad to see these two not being able to talk... both are stubborn and proud. Dani is still so young when it comes to dealing with her dad.
The car wreck was right on target. However, I am hopeful these two won't need 911. Maybe a visit from Dr Phil while they are still stuck in there would help. Dani needs to chill. Maybe tomorrow. The sun will come out tomorrow... I know that. It's So Cal after all.
It seems the Jury did target Dani because of AP, and their own pettiness. She needs to remember that Dick got her to F2. She's an amazing competitor and need to stop caring as much about other's opinions.
But then again, she's young.And hurt.
I still think they can work it out. They need space. Personally, I doubt I would have lasted as long in a house with either of my parents. No way...
Of course they're attacking Danielle. They know that is the only way to really hurt him. What else did he expect from people who play the game personally? I mean, really- it makes sense considering what he put some of them through. They pulled a Dick.
It's really a shame on several levels... I don't like watching anyone suffer. :(

Dani can't sleep. I so wish she could let her guard down for once and just allow her dad in... he has experience and could help her. It's clear he doesn't give a hoot what other people think of him... he's secure in himself. Maybe it could rub off some onto her.
The only times she allows him in is when she's ready to crack... like after comps and when he was vulnerable... or when she was crying her eyes out because of her feelings for both Nick and Kris.
I have seen her pattern before... she's like a frightened kitty pushed into a corner, scared and vulnerable. In that instance the kitty lashes out before the world can get to it. That is Dani for me... a young, vulnerable woman with many mixed emotions that she is afraid of feeling and instead she lashes out before anybode can get to her.

There is no issue here about "strong women". Dani is not a "strong woman". Neither is Jessica. Or Amber, or Jen. Meka is the closest woman this season to being a "strong woman".
Each of the women HGs have demonstrated strengths (re: your example of Dani & the comps.) and weaknesses - as have the men.
A "strong woman" is confident in her actions & decisions - right or wrong... and learns from them if they're wrong. And a "strong woman" doesn't wrap her self-esteem around the opinions/actions of a man, *or* another woman.
The measure of a "strong woman" or anyone for that matter, is how they treat themselves *and others*.

Well, good morning everyone. I'm kind of not surprised at Daniele's spoiled brat behavior. This girl really needs a wake up call. She's been such a whiner and such a snot to her dad. Yes, she won the competitions, but if it weren't for Dick, she wouldn't be where she is.
And seriously, she's the best/worst pouter there is. It's old. Dick feels bad, Daniele feels entitled. I wonder how she's going to feel after the reveal, and she realizes that AMERICA (possibly)wanted Dick to win.
Eric could have a hand in Dick's winning, but really, it's all up to the individual votes and how each of the jury members view their game play. Eric's only task is to vote how we say, that's it. If the other jury members are too weak to have their own opinion, that's sad. It really shows that none of them deserve to be anywhere but the jury. I hope that makes sense, still working on first sips of coffee!

To an Anon above -- Jess's game play did evict the LNC, HOWEVER, having Eric pinned for it wasn't Jess's intentional game play at all! THAT was a result of Dani figuring out that Eric had some shade goin' on! There was no game on Jessica's part with that!
I really like Dani but WOW stop with the nastyness! I amglad that Dick may be the winnwer! I know he will split the money with her but I'm not so sure she wold with him! I was watching the other nightwhen they were talking about Disney, they apparently had a good relationship at one time, she was talking about when he (Dick) took her to Disney in Japan! Then she said she wanted to go to them all if she won and when he asked if he could come along she said No. What a snot! Just felt like sharing that! Have a great day everyone!
PLEASE DON'T BLAME THE JURY!! This duo had many issues before BB-you can't blame the past 21 years of their disfunction on the BB jury. How saaaaaaaad. No amount of MONEY will fix their problems with each other, but it will help pay for a good counsellor (Dr. Phil!!) if they care enough to get the help for their relationship.

Dani made fun of people behind their backs, as did everyone in the house this year. Like any other season, once these notes were compared in the jury house people were hurt and upset. Dick was the "evil" they knew, Dani was the "evil" they didn't know. Only upn reflection and discussion do people realize that. I think this "attack" may have happened to anyone else in the house sitting next to Dick. It's just that Dani won't take it and blames everyone else.

My just broke after reading that this last blog. I'm going to cry, I feel bad for the both of them. Dani deserves some credit here, she first had to deal with her dad being in the house in the first place, secondly she kicked ass on those competitions. If the juries choice was to make sure that dani and dick were fighting for the next few days, OMG.. that jury is heartless and cruel and they are all a bunch of losers that just cant understand how they lost. As I said before my heart is breaking and I want to cry. I pray the dick and dani dont let this get in the way and give the big old jury a "finger" when they see them on Tuesday!

I agree with the poster who said that the jury was using Dick's own tactics against him when they went after Daniele instead of going after him. That way they were able to hurt both of them.
I hold out hope for Dani in the future too...
But it doesn't take emotional maturity to say "Please" and "Thank You"... to the only other person in the house, who is waiting on you hand-and-foot - and caring about whether or not you're okay.
Where I thought that Endemol/CBS should reward them equally as 1st place winners, I now think Dick should "gift" Dani with an additional 50k to her 2nd place winnings - and give Vincent 50k - and take the remaining 400k and have a blast!!

Good Grief! I don't think the jury intentionally tried to get Dick and Dani fighting! It sounds like it was mostly Amber on the attack against Dani but that's not new.
Dick said she got some attacks but only mentioned Amber's name. Maybe Jen and Dustin too but the others really wouldn't have anything to attack her for.
As for Dick getting the possible win? The problem? Yes Dani won competitions but BB isn't just about the physical, it's about the emotional and mental also. Who here thinks Dani actually even played those 2 aspects of the game?
Like Dick said, he did have a better relationship with the jury, even with his tirades.
Dani sat around between comps picking at herself and complaining. She's wanted to be done since Nick left.
ME: regarding emotional maturity at 21. LOL - NOT at all. We all thought we were mature at that age. She is no different than any other 20 something. You don't know what you have until it's gone. She realized that during Thurday night's HOH. She told her father she loved him. Once she is out of the house and see's the entire show she will realize that he had her back and she will remember all the BIG things that got her where she is today.
She is just bored to death right now and has nothing to do but sit and think.

I wouldn't dare judge the jury right now by saying they're cowardly. We're talking about Daniele "I'm soooooo frustrated" Donato here. It doesn't matter what the jury says. She's still going to complain afterwards and blame it partially on her father. That's been how she's operated all season long. Personally, I'm just going to actually wait for the episode to be aired to judge the jury. Sure, Jen will say something stupid. Amber will cry. Dustin will be snippy as heck. But that's all we can tell for now.
So it looks like they are getting a taste of their own medicine. I am so happy, good for the jury. Dick has handed out crap to them all season. they are taking some power back.
I can't say I'm surprised by this. In the poll I guessed it would be 7-0 for Dick. Although I agree, Carolyn, the jury memebers are going after Dani in part to hurt Dick, who they are afraid of. So they might screw him with the votes (although I don't think so).
Ugh, Dani. I feel the same way everyone does about her (even Dick feels that way). But she's not only just 21, we are only seeing her in this context - with her dad in this situation. It's sad to say that even at 40 I occasionally behave like a child with my parents. It's the nature of the beast. OK, I'm 40, so it's muuuuchhhhh less. But Dani is just barely starting to be grown up and the two of them have probems (duh). I'm not condoning her behavior, but I wonder how much "Dani" we all would have in us at 21 under those circumstances.
Still it's sad - of course Dani has no perspective - but she's lucky to have such a dedicated father alive and well, regardless of past actions, or what a d-ck that Dick can be.

Hey all~ Sorry this is a little long. I've been away for a bit for some personal issues and I haven't been able to keep updated & comment till this morning. And I feel like "talking."
My first reaction after reading this post was, "HA! I knew the fairytale wouldn't last too long, get em jury." I loved knowing things weren't hunky dory. Most people were so sure this experience would help bring D&D closer, but as we see here, it can also TEAR them apart.
Then I read the comments and stepped back, did a little thinking and realized that I felt this way b/c of my dislike for the Donatos. My bitterness is slowly dwindling and I am some what content with DICK, but NOT Dani, winning. When I see Dick's pain & what he has to deal with being Dani's father, it makes me see him as a vunerable, sensitive man.
I am now in deep thought over a larger philisophical issue. I am left here wondering why it is that I enjoy seeing people I don't like suffer...Is it human nature or am I just a "evel" person? From now on I will become more aware of my shortcoming and try to change it. I should not feel "good" when ANYONE suffers, regardless of who they are. Now back to BB.....
I do agree with Jackie, she has a very good point. Dani did give them ammo to bring her personal life into the game. Kris v. Nick! I also agree that it is not right to blame the jury as bn said. And anon @ 5:47~ I agree that Dani was the "evil" they didn't see. Great comments/discussion EVERYONE!
Finally and most importantly, I don't think one of these 2 is in the F2 solely b/c of the other. The truth is that they did this TOGETHER as an amazing TEAM and this is what got them to the end. There is no "I" in "TEAM" and that is why it worked. They both needed the other at some point in the game to survive and endure.
Maybe the Donatos deserve all the crap the jury gave them.

I just wrote in the first video on the page that I was happy for Dick and Daniele.That after they leave BB8 house they can build more on their relationship.Now I see this and read what was going on earlier after the jury questioned the two.I must say my heart gave out and I started to cry.
This is the first year that I have become so emotionally attached to players in the BB house.Dick had me at week one.Dani has been like any normal young adult toward a parent.I know for a fact children can have a way with your heart and emotions.She is insecure with herself and being against her own father in the final two takes away from her own win.She feels that he is getting all the glory that should be hers.She just doesn't realise it yet that her dad did all this for her and her brother Vincent.
Dick may have been harsh on all the players in the house but he never once was this way with Dani.The jurors could see this but Dani was blind to it.She was too frustrated with herself to see that her dad was there for her every time.He will never win Dani's love until they can sit down with a professional.
My heart is so heavy and I think I need a hug.So I am going to get up after I type this and go hug my mom,husband and sister.I can't take the sadness any more.

Dani had to know it was coming. She pretty much alienated herself from the whole house except when Nick was in the game. Then when Nick left she hung around Dick for the most part and never got to know hardly anyone. What did she think that the jury was going to say? All that she should have said to defend herself when the others were being hateful was "How many competitions did I win?" and "Everytime I won a competition each one of you self centered mofo's when home."
And, that all I have to say about that, oh and God Bless God.
anon @2:28 - i don't think Jess' game is better than Dani's. Jess got the LNC nominated and evicted because of Eric's (heavy) influence on her. she can't make a decision without Eric's input. he was the one who got them nominated and evicted. he didn't care if he gets blamed because he knows he can dodge them. but make no mistake that LNC's demise is not all Eric. Dick has a big role in it with Dani in the supporting role.
This is not the jury's fault. This is D&D's fault -- if there is any fault to be had.
If one or both of them were on the jury, do you think they would be gracious? If Daddy's princess was one of the F2 and he was on the jury, do you think his questions would have been strategic and not a personal attack on the other?
This is always how it is -- those who didn't win have a right to ask whatever they want. The game does not say you have to be strategic when on the jury. You can vote however you want.
I just wish they could enjoy their win. But alas, I don't think these two will ever be able to enjoy anything together until (if ever) the chip is gone off Dani's shoulder.
i sincerely hope the DR people would somehow step in and do some 'Dr. Phil sessions' with Dani. this is just sad. we all don't know what happened between them before they got in the house. Dani growing up, and Dick trying to be a parent the best way he knew. this is a very dysfunctional relationship that needs professional help. seriously. i hope they will find their way back into each other's lives without any strings attached. afterall, they are a father & a daughter.

I saw this car wreck coming from miles away and thought it was strangely appropriate that the unfortunate wreck clearly symbolized how Dick must be feeling......sadly poetic!
I just ache for them and I hope Dick does win because I know he'll be fair with the money. I'm praying that time (the great healer) and Dani watching herself will open her eyes to how others may see her. I think a bird's eye view into yourself is painful but necessary in order to effect change.
As for the jury, I think it may have been easier to be nasty when they knew D&D couldn't see them, but after they see the show and the DR's and see what Americas thinks of them, they'll know exactly how they made Dani feel.
Dani will mature eventually. At that age I remember thinking I knew it all and that everyone else just didn't get it, especially my parents. I can't help but wonder how Nick is feeling as he watches things unfold.
Sorry to be so windy. I just can't believe how much emotion I have invested in this father daughter relationship.
Carolyn, for the well earned gazillionth time, thank you for the sacrifices you've made in order to make our summer so much better. You're a sweetheart.

Isn't it odd how much we care about these people? To them we will all just be fans (maybe even a little obsessed fans :). If we ever met them on the street and starting talking about our feelings toward them they would go running. How strange ...

Wow, I just rechecked the polls at CBS and I can't believe Zach is now America's favorite when it's been Dick's since the get go. It's going to be very interesting to see what those scales do after the upcoming shows. I've never been a big Zach fan but for some reason I'm almost hoping he wins so he'll be able to start his business.
I, too, hope someone does a follow-up a month down the road to see how the HGs are 'recovering'. It's gotta be rough coming out of there.

The jury is not there to make sure D&D ride off into the sunset.
They are there to decide who deserves the $500K, however they decide to do it.
There is no way you can believe their goal is to make the fight for the next two days.

oh no... Dani's pissed again. What a shocker.... NOT !! She really needs to get over herself and let her Dad have his moment. I am a HUGE fan of Dani but all of this is really getting me down. HURRAY for Dick... he so deserves this. Like Dick has said time & time again.... THEY won. He has included her in every aspect of this game. Quit being a brat Dani and let your dad have his glory.

To what another poster said above. Jess actually did have a better game than Dani to a point. She won comps too but she played the social game better than Dani did by far. Eric's influence was pivotal but the girl also thought things through very carefully. Don't forget that she was the one ready to jump into the JEDD before Eric was. He had to wait until the DR told him AP wanted Dustin out. Then he got on board.
She agreed weeks ago that she didn't want to rely on Jameka, especially after she used the veto on Jen.
Even after dumping Dustin and Amber, she didn't have the stain of it on her. She was still well liked by all.
Dani knew what she was doing getting rid of Jess when she did. She was a real threat to Dani.
Dick: There's the sirens. It's a huge f'in wreck.

I have stop watching Big Brother completely now. It's a load of Sh...Dani is getting on my nerves. If it were not bad enough that D&D made it to the final 2, now Dani is whining and complaing for everything. Her father tries to do everything to please her but she is too obessed with herself to care about anybody else. The jury was right to bash her.
I guess I was always under the impression that Dick would beat Dani in the finals anyway. Sure she won competitions, but all peopel will judge her on is how she cried about her dad acting like he did and it reflecting on her, meanwhile doing nothing to stop it, smiling about it, and reaping all the rewards of him going out of his way to belittle people.
Also, and I'm sure this is fact, if Dani doesn't win the money, she'll be pissed at her dad regardless of what is said or done. Cause she's a child and acts like one.
You've probably heard this a million times, yet I'll say it again: thanks a million for creating this superlative blog. The format is excellent, and I appreciate how you respect everyone's opinions on the comments section. Keep up the excellent work.
All Dani is doing right now is proving that Jen's words in week 2 had a grain of truth. There are a lot of negative vibes in the house, which are all coming from Dani.
Even if Dani's name doesn't go down in the books as BB8 winner, she still made history. She tied with Janelle for most veto wins in one season.

I just came back from a 1-hour bike ride myself - It was a nice, cool day for one!
For a second I was surprised at Dani's reaction (to the jury seeming to be ready to give Dick the half-mil), but then I thought - No way am I surprised!
Like Howie and Kaysay were saying in their interview... the game is not only to make it to the final 2 but also to make friends so that you do have the votes at the end. Daniele spent her time flirting away with Nick (obviously they will attack her personal life, when she cheated in the open). And once he left she barely talked to anyone except Zach then backstabbed him as well. I don't understand why she thought everyone in the jury was going to be all nice? And why is she mad at Dick for it? She just wants credit for everything and everything handed to her. That's why her life "just sucks" she wants everything her way.
I don't think the jury house attacked Daniele instead of Dick because they were 'scared to attack him' even miles away. Daniele's game sucked. Why shold they attck Dick when he played well?!
What really shows her age (or lack of it) is Dani somehow expects these people to like her despite having been disconnected and nasty virtually the whole time. If you can't accept that people will resent you for it, don't allienate them.
I bet we would have seen a totally different person in Dani if Dick hadn't been there. She probably also would have been booted out long ago.
But it is what it is.
I suspect when Dani watches herself she will be embarassed at what a snot she is. Interestingly, though she was quite nasty, most of the people in the house were very nice to her and sympathetic most of the time, even behind her back.
She will do a whole lot of growing up in the next year. But that's just my prediction.
Everyone kept saying the jury should vote strategic. I think they are via voting for Dick (much better strategic player than Dani -- it's not all about comps).
Since Dani's only strategy was using Dick, what were they supposed to ask her?
I am absolutely NOT a Dick fan, but not only does Dani not deserve the $500K, I'm not sure she deserves her Dad's adoration until she starts to reciprocate his love.
what did all you D/D fans expect would happen? Did you think she would be happy if he wins. Did you think he would be happy with her attitude if she loses.
the saying"money doesn't buy you happiness" wil never be truer than in this case. If there was ever going to be a chance for a relationship between them to improve it is now over.
She will take her $50,000, go to Nick and cry for the next month. He will take his winnings and go back to Vincent and they will party it away. No college for the kids, no reconcilliation and no "happy ending".
It would had been better had he let Zach win and have Zach make the decision . That way if Zach picked Dick and Dick won Dani would stick around for her split of the money. Of course if Zach had picked Dani and she won there would be nothing for Dick. So it comes down to Dick cannot have both, money and Dani.
I guess "you reap what you sow". The jury will have the last laugh.
Firstly, let me just congratulate everyone on the heartfelt and respect responses.
Anon @ 10:09-If Jess had such a great game then what happened when Zach nominated her? She let Eric do all her campaigning for her even in the pre-nomination period, she didn't even deign to campaign for herself. Daniele had been nominated twice by then and Jess was the last person in the house to be nominated for the first and she just laid down and died. Even when Dani wasn't on the block and played in a PoV she always played to win whereas Jess only tried to win when it was in her best interest. IMO, in those two instances alone, Dani proved herself to be the better gamer.
As I read the report, I found myself getting progressively angrier at Daniele and sympathizing for Dick. I thought that that 'we won' business was all well and good for Dani when she was secure within herself that she had the game in the bag. (And I still hold some of these sentiments to a certain extent.) Amazing how that that accident occured as their wreck was wreaking havoc between Daniele and Dick.
But upon reflecting on the report and reading your comments, I feel that while people are hung up on Dick's tirades, Dick also did take the time to get to know the HGs moreso than Daniele. He often cooked and cleaned for them. The others experience of Dick often involved Dick being Dani's shield. Outside of the competition victories, Dani's interpersonal skills were/are lacking and her self-less, public contributions (to the HGs) were none. She gave folks sass and didn't really bond with the other women. This is what I think the HGs must see. Plus, Dick has America's Player most likely campaigning on his behalf.
But, what the jury won't realize until they see the episodes is that Dani's contributed a substantial portion of the Donato's strategic game, as well as being the badass comp player that kept them afloat. The whole betrayal of the LJC was Dani's idea which was arguably their ticket to the finals within the house (because America's Player twist was the phantom alliance member in the Donatos). Also, it was Dani that kept her and Dick off the block by maintaining a good relationship with Zach during his first HoH win.
In conclusion, without a doubt ED and Dani could not have gotten to this point without each other (and without America).
anon@12:54- One can only hope Dani will gain perspective from watching the shows but part of me thinks she's going to blame editing. I hope you're right and I'm wrong.
monyc -- I was composing almost the exact same post in my head when I ran across yours. I don't think Dani's ready to deal with any of her own problems yet. But, that is purely speculation. I don't really know either of these people.
I do find it ironic (and rather funny) that DD have been having a lot of conversations over the last few days about other HG's sense of entitlement and how stupid that was. Well, I think "You reap what you sow" couldn't be more appropriate in this case.
I don't mean to sound like I am happy over these two and their problems. I find no joy in it. But, I am not surprised and never did hold out much hope for them. That is primarily the reason I was so upset when they became F2 -- this could never be a happy ending when the game is lost and the whole show became a soap opera.
I love BB and sincerely hope CBS will realize what they have done to the game and to these two with their exploitation and that next season will return to gameplay.
Ah, the fairy tale is over. Who is really suprised though? Have to say, it will be a bit depressing seeing Dick get the money, being as though Danielle won all those competitions. At least this way thoughs he will be able to whine/cry out $250,000 out of her father. If Dick had knew she would act this way, would he have carried her the whole way? And now the true story comes out on Danielle, she really is a snotty child, and can see how the 2 year separation happened. It's so bad that Danielle can't even trust Dick's word when he says he did nothing to campaign against her. Both are kind of childish in this situation.
I almost feel bad for Dick...

Putting my own personal feelings about the two of them aside, it's too bad that she can't see how much he really loves her.
Y'know, Dick really doesn't seem like that bad of a guy. I'm pretty sure I would've liked him better if he wasn't so mean to the rest of the HGs.
