The Feeds just changed from trivia to this. I think it's official. ;) The finale begins in just one hour. What a long strange trip it's been.

Like you, I can't believe this summer has flown us by like this... it seems like only yesterday. There were good and bad and some very entertaining stuff.
I am reading TV reviews were all those non BB addicts do nothing but complain. They rarely fact check, nor understandthe premises. Like anybody would watch a show like the Brady bunch or the Stepford Wives. They all hate Dick and his comments, but as usual creepy boy is ignored. If he was supposed to play for me, on my behalf... I did not appreciate it. I would not play ED's or Eric's foul game... even if it's interesting. I'd try to be more like Jen... let it roll of me, but unlike her I would not become a crybaby after nominated. I'd keep a poker face and work quietly.
Anyway, it was fun. Hope to see what next year bring... for another batch of players. Hopefully less whining and spitting. ;-))

Wait a minute, I was getting all excited and now the West Coast may not get to see it until our time anyway. What a bummer. Live should be live shouldn't it so we can all watch it together on the live feeds and the show still comes on TV at 8.......she says with pleading in her voice.

Before the current BB8 Finale screen was locked in there was a brief full length shot of Dick's back as he was stretched out sleeping inside the house on one couch. Then the camera switched to an empty purple couch for several seconds ... then replaced by the BB8 Finale screen.
Exciting... nope. But there hasn't been much else coming out of the house today. We know Dick is resting one hour before the show. :)

It's so wierd. I'm 40 years old, living in Maine, and I've been talking to you strangers around the country for months - about people we all care about and never met. And now it's ending. Such an odd experience, don't you think?

I thought I was the strange one for a long time because I wanted to talk about the game with other lovers, but only found one liners of hate everywhere else.
This is my BB home and look forward to reuniting with all my sis and bros next year. We are just like family -- don't agree a lot of the time and squabble daily.
But, like most siblings we always return home where we are comfortable.
Ok, gotta go outside and blow some smoke rings before the show (but I WON'T be farting and spitting). Don't start without me!
okay! The baby's in bed, the dogs have been fed, and the pizza's here!!! I'm ready, and I can hardly wait 15 more minutes :)

I can't wait for the show but will miss all the hgs we have gotten to know over the summer. BB is unique in its all access reality and its hard to watch other reality shows after being carefully editted by producers. BB is the only true reality show in my opinion.
There should be a show like this on HBO or Showtime with nightly feeds and weekly shows. They could show all the stuff we want to see on CBS but can't.
I have to go ut tonight but VCR will be rolling. I would be more upset but hey its a donato wion either way so i'll see it live on tape.

It surely is a strange thing... we are like a family dishing on those other towns people. And like any family, we agree to disagree on things. No love lost... even in heated moments.

I expected a different reaction from the jurors. More emotion maybe. They just kinda said, "That sucks." A little bit of a letdown.

but overall, this is the best and most fun bb season i ever had in terms of interacting with fellow bb followers. discussions here have the most sense and substance than any other bb site, and all that are due to Carolyn, Carla and the rest of the dish team. so a big thanks again to bb8dish - the best bb site in www.

Dani's response to Amber's question was perfect. Especially considering how Amber would have reacted if she was in the final two and someone brought up her past drug use.

This was the best finale ever and for me it was not b/c D&D were in finals, but because of the AP reveal....

Till next year and trufully I need the break. If I go thru withdrawls, I'll watch past seasons, since I only watched #2 and a little bit of Nakomis/Cowboy and the Jun/Allison season, don't even know which ones they were....

Ok wow, its funny how now I feel happy, towards the HGs and also the commenters on this blog.
Up until the winner was announced I still hated the fact that the Donotas were final 2, but now it is all ok and I am content.
I am very happy for Dick.
And I finally think I am ready for the Group Hug.
Not ready to say bye yet, cuz I'll be back for the after show specials and interviews.

melissa -- I was thinking the same thing. My anger left yesterday so I could enjoy today, seeing all the HGs (including DD)!
As mad as a lot of people were at the AP twist, I bet CBS is extremely happy. With it playing out that DD were final 2, the finale would most likely not have had the viewers if the reveal wasn't coming up. Not taking anything away from DD, just that the suspense wasn't there for the F2.

Wow...Julie loves the Donato's. How biased. Thought it was weird also that she didnt mention that Eric made almost as much as Dani did. Also, when they did the AP reveal, they really didn't show or mention the Nick vote which is the one that caused so much drama. Nor did they talk about the banners and the fact that Eric got himself out of that.
Don't they usually let the audience cheer after each vote is read? I prefer it this way though.
Oh and great job by Eric on convincing the jury to vote for Dick. He would have never won without that. Dani is honestly going to need therapy after that one.
Oh Carolyn, I think the HG would really appreciate your site, b/c if they want to update themselves they can come hear knowing they won't be bashed and attacked like they are on many other sites.

I could not be happier with the finale, and especially with the way that America's Player was revealed! I really had a feeling that it would just explain Eric's actions, and it seems that is just what happened. Makes me so happy!!!
My other favorite part of the show: Jessica saying "I'm going to vote for who I enjoyed most in the house"! I loved it. :)
Of course, I'm glad that Dick won. But, like they both said, they both won. I am so hopeful for their relationship in the future.

Ok, as much as I enjoyed the finale, the feeds are really bringing me down off that high.
They advertised specials for us dorks. I have seen enough blue swirlies already!

Carolyn I have a good question for you for the site. A discussion to pose i guess. After going through this experience of the board the spoilers and if you got the feeds. Do you wish you never would have done that and just stuck to watching the show 3 x a week? When your favorite gets voted out do you leave and cancel everything? My husband posed this questions to me after we got done watching tonight. Mostly would i get so involved again.
This was his frist serious year of watching the shows and he even went so far as to turn on the BBAD before i did i had never done the feeds or read or watched spoilers i just watched the shows.
I am conflicted about this.. perhaps other are or arn't. Plus it might help people next year decide and know about whats available and whats its about...
Just trying to keep the love going and i think it will be good to talk about our addiction straight on LOL

Wow what a season!!!!!
We live by where Big Brother ist, and I thought it would be fun to take my eight year old daughter to the studio and sit with the other fans. Guess what? We were the only ones there. We got to be really close and saw the red lights that the taping was going on. We hung until a half hour after the taping. Marsellas walked right by us. We did find out who won. Saw a lot of cars leaving, but not any one from bb8. I'm sure they hang out a while. I was surprised that no one else was standing around waiting also.
Oh and now I see that we saw Dick's mother and friend Jillian (I'm pretty sure). Lisa West Coaster who sat outside studio with daughter.
Sheesh! I can't believe how rude Amber was to Dani! Aye! It really made me think less of her.
I am very happy for the Donatos though... Dick's mom seemed very happy and sweet! I hope we get to hear news about the cast now that it's over! I've grown attached to them! Well, not all of them. Waaaaaaaaamber stinks! (ToT) waaaaaaaa!!!!!!!!!!!!
